The store is very tidy and well-arranged. I purchased an espresso coffee machine from the display. Although I expected the manager to offer a discount due to some scratches on it, they didn't. Items on display usually have special discounts, but not this time.

Spent 50 minutes driving to this store based on the salesman's promise of an in-stock boxed item, only to discover it was all untrue.

ამ მაღაზიაში სამი ვიზიტი მქონდა და სამივეჯერ პრობლემები შემექმნა. სამსახურში დავტოვე საქმეები, რათა ფასდაკლებით მაცივარი მეყიდა, მაგრამ ტაქსის ფული ტყუილად გადავიხადე. მისვლისას, მითხრეს, რომ ფასდაკლება არ იყო, თუმცა შეცდომის გამო მაინც დამპირდნენ, რომ გავატანდნენ. ნახევარი საათი მოცდა მომიწია, შემდეგ კი გამარკვიეს, რომ ფასდაკლებით მაცივრის გაყიდვა შეუძლებელი იყო. ასეთი მოუწესრიგებელი სერვისი არცერთ სხვა კომპანიას არ აქვს.

დღეს პირველად შევიძინე ნივთი ამ მაღაზიაში და ეს იყო ნამდვილად უკანასკნელი შემთხვევა! 0%-იანი განვადება თუ გთავაზობთ, რატომ უნდა ველოდო 2 საათი რიგში და შემდეგ გავიგო უცნობი საკომისიოს შესახებ, რომელიც 100 ლარს აღემატება? ნუთუ ეს „ნულოვანი პროცენტის“ განვადებაა, თუ მაინც ზედმეტი თანხის გადახდა მიწევს? განვადებაზე დადგომამდე ხომ უნდა მცოდნოდა ეს ინფორმაცია კონსულტანტისგან? კიდევ ერთი, გასწავლეთ თქვენი თანამშრომლები მომხმარებლთან ურთიერთობას. ვერ გავიგე, რით დავიმსახურე ეს ზემოდან საუბარი. თითქოს თქვენთვის ძალიან ბევრ თანხას არ ვტოვებდე მაღაზიაში ჩემი ბიზნესის საკეთილდღეოდ.

მათ არ ითვალისწინებენ გაყიდულ ნივთებზე პასუხისმგებლობას. მანდ ნაყიდ ტელეფონს ქარხნული დეფექტი აღმოაჩნდა და მათ არანაირი რეაგირება არ აქვთ.

When you order delivery from this place, don't expect to receive your items on the agreed date. They won't even inform you if the delivery has been postponed. We ordered two household appliances, took a day off work, waited all day, only to find out that our delivery was mysteriously changed from 1.07 to 2.07. No one bothered to let us know.

I placed an order with this company, and it was cancelled the next day without any notice. I received no updates—no emails, messages, or calls. My payment is still pending. Tried calling the phone number from their website, but it’s temporarily unavailable. I sent an email and got no response. Even messaged their Facebook support 15 times with no reply. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. If I could rate them 0, I would.

I found the gas stove I wanted at the best price in town. The consultant who helped me was friendly and attentive, although not everyone shared the same attitude. In the end, I saved money, and my order was delivered on time.

O zaman "Home" konsepti tamamlanaraq, şəbəkə "Kontakt Home" adını aldı. Hal-hazırda burada 2500-ə yaxın işçi çalışır. 30-dan çox brendin rəsmi distribütoru olan mağaza, 31 fiziki mağaza və 1 onlayn mağaza vasitəsilə müştərilərə xidmət edir.

Prices for the same item vary everywhere you look, and trying to call them is pointless. The phone number they provide isn't even formatted correctly for Tbilisi.

მომსახურების საშინელებაა. ოპერატორები და კონსულტანტები მატყუარები და უპასუხისმგებლოები არიან. მათი საუბარი აღსავსეა ირონიით, ცინიზმით და დამამცირებელი ტონით.

Цены здесь приемлемы. А вот сервис ужасен. Два дня пытался купить роутер: дважды оформлял заказ онлайн и приходил в магазин лично, но всё безрезультатно. Интернет-магазин, поддержка в Facebook и фактическое наличие товара в магазине — это как три разных мира, которые не взаимодействуют. Получить нужную информацию у них почти нереально.

Хороший магазин. Широкий ассортимент и цены в порядке.
