In Tbilisi, this space stands out for those looking for a business-oriented environment. I've tried a few other places around the city, but this one seems to focus more on giving a good experience, especially for travelers like myself. I'm heading to China soon, but I'll return here in four weeks for a month or two. If you need solid office services, this is the spot. Be sure to find Lana – she speaks excellent English and really gets what's needed. While the service is generally great, a few areas could use a bit of fine-tuning.

The staff provided excellent service during my stay, which lasted nine months. Initially, I arranged a private office for $450 after requesting a discount. However, I later discovered from a neighbor that he paid only $300 for the identical space. This inconsistency in pricing seriously questions the owner's honesty toward customers, which is unacceptable. It's confusing why we, who share the same environment and interactions, are charged differently for the same service. Ensure you're not being overcharged as I was. Ultimately, it seems I overpaid by more than $1,000.
