Coliving "LOKAL Tbilisi"

I've stayed at this coliving four times, totaling eight months, and it's been a fantastic experience each time. The community is definitely the highlight, with shared spaces and regular events that allowed me to meet fascinating people and create unforgettable memories. Utilities were generally reliable, with occasional water outages covered by a backup tank. Electricity outages were rare, so there was no generator. The internet was stable, though WiFi coverage varied. I requested a cable for my room, but the owner declined. I connected well with a couple of staff members, who did a great job, but at times it still felt like staying in a hotel.

The house itself has an appealing charm, being both old and cozy, and I remember it fondly. The garden was beautifully Georgian, almost like a movie setting. Rooms come in different sizes, allowing for a choice of private space as needed. All bathrooms were en-suite, though the old plumbing required significant upkeep. The location was convenient, with plenty of cafes nearby and a 20-minute walk to the city center. Plus, it was situated at the foot of a mountain, offering quick access to lush greenery and breathtaking city views.

This place has truly helped make Tbilisi feel like home over the past few years! There's a great mix of community events, and the garden, patio, and indoor coworking spaces are wonderful. The staff is very friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The selection of drinks is excellent—coffee, tea, craft beer, kombucha, and more. The community is diverse, with both international and local people.

Terrible experience with the owner who took my money. I paid for a monthly pass, used it just for one day, and then had to cancel due to personal reasons. I suggested paying for the day I used since they offer daily passes, but she refused to refund me. She said the website mentions the coworking pass is non-refundable, but I bought it in person and didn't see the website. Nobody told me it was non-refundable, and I didn't sign any agreement about it. It feels like she simply took my money. Since there's no other way to address this unfairness, I'm taking legal action to prevent others from facing the same situation. Ignoring customer rights and acting unlawfully isn't acceptable, and she seems to forget that consumer protection laws exist.

They serve a fantastic range of drinks. If you need a spot to work, this is it! There are plenty of quiet and inviting workspaces available. The co-living rooms are roomy, with private bathrooms and work areas, too. Perfect for a day of work or a month-long family stay. And make sure to check out the events!

Ce lieu de coworking, célèbre à Tbilissi, se trouve dans une belle villa offrant plusieurs espaces pour travailler confortablement. Chaque semaine, de nombreux événements sont organisés, comme la célébration du Chichilaki. Il y a aussi un espace dédié aux jeux de société et un petit café.

Thanksgiving dinner 24 Nov 22: Обслуживание было отвратительным. Все вокруг получали свою долю внимания и улыбки, а мы — нет. Стол, на который нас посадили, был в пятнах от еды и вина, оставленных предыдущими гостями, но его даже не потрудились сменить, что просто ужасно. Когда я подумал, что хуже быть не может, женщина с короткими тёмными волосами, вероятно совладелец, была крайне груба. Я спросил, почему другим гостям, которые пришли за час до закрытия, не разрешили взять еду. Все же приносили что-то к общему столу, и еды было более чем достаточно. Это было не бесплатное мероприятие (мы принесли еду и оплатили напитки), так что такое отношение вызвало недоумение. Мне всегда интересны мероприятия этого места, но после первого посещения остался крайне разочарован.

The best part is the welcoming and peaceful atmosphere, making working here truly enjoyable.

I purchased a ten-day pass, but I won't be using it entirely due to issues with making work calls there. It's too noisy — some music, other people having meetings, or just chatting loudly. Every call I had was frustrating. Typically, coworking spaces have small meeting rooms available for booking in advance. Besides that, everything else was fine.

This place has everything you need for co-living and co-working! There's an amazing community with activities that bring people together from all backgrounds. The interior garden and courtyard are beautiful, and the workspace is spacious and open to fresh air. Plus, there's a great vegan restaurant, Living Vino. It's a cozy community offering as much privacy as you need. Cooking is fun with the shared kitchen. Currently, there's a 9 PM curfew, and restaurants offer only take-out on weekends, making it easy to meet new people. If you're visiting Tbilisi, this place is a must-visit or stay.

Since the end of 2020, I've been using the co-working space and tried the co-living in April 2021. The community, which Candy diligently supports, and the amenities are excellent. It's a cozy place to sleep with a fast and reliable internet connection.

The food and drinks are top-notch. We’ll definitely return when we’re in Tbilisi again. The staff are incredibly friendly and make you feel right at home. I can fully recommend this place.

Кроме того, на территории есть два отличных ресторана: веганский с великолепным чечевичным супом и место с ежедневными свежими бубликами — рекомендую испробовать с крем-чизом из розмарина и чеснока или домашним арахисовым маслом. Это новое заведение, открывшееся во время пандемии, и оно — настоящая жемчужина Тбилиси!
