The contact numbers and email addresses listed on their website are completely unresponsive. I had to go to the location in person just to communicate through a barely functional intercom, call the number posted on the door, and be told that the land borders are still closed. Unfortunately, the effort to get some basic information was ridiculous.

I've been waiting 1.5 months for my Police Clearance certificate. The only working phone number is not online but posted on a piece of paper in the backyard. Last week, I tried calling 30-35 times and couldn't get through. It's been a very frustrating experience.

We anticipated being able to enter the building for a long time. It’s closed on weekends and the 31st of May.

The staff inside are really friendly. I needed to get some answers before my trip to Armenia, and they provided detailed explanations.

Попробовал найти информацию о пересечении границы с Азербайджаном на сайте, но безуспешно. Почему бы не добавить информацию на грузинском или русском? Учитывая, что учреждение находится в Грузии, это было бы логично.

The security's attitude is terrible. Everything is just awful, and it feels like they're simply after money.

Раньше мы получали визу через консульство, но теперь с помощью системы e-vize можно сразу оформить визу через телефон. Хочу обратить внимание, чтобы сотрудники таможни и полиции относились к гостям вашей страны более вежливо. Раньше, когда я пересекал границу по Красному мосту и далее по дороге, встретил некоторые сложности, которые способны испортить впечатление о вашей прекрасной стране. Надеюсь, это изменится. Несмотря на все трудности, ставлю пять звезд.

С потраченным временем и деньгами на сборы, чувствую себя обманутым. Приходилось ходить туда почти каждый день в течение недели. Визу так и не получил, так как они не получили никакого разрешения из Азербайджана. Сказали ждать или попытаться оформить визу онлайн.
