Чисто и удобно, особенно для длительного проживания, можно пользоваться постирочной и кухней. Хотя на кухне мало посуды. Единственный минус — местоположение и отсутствие лифта, в жаркое время подниматься в гору сложновато. Но сам район понравился.

Living here with my family for over a year has been a wonderful experience, and we’re in no rush to leave. This place truly excels in every aspect. Ana and Gia, the owners, are some of the kindest and most generous people I've ever met. They are always helpful and incredibly friendly, constantly ensuring everything runs smoothly and at a high standard. The location is one of the best in Tbilisi, safe and pleasant, with a view that covers the entire city—absolutely breathtaking. The price is surprisingly low for such a remarkable place. I can't recommend it enough, and I’m so grateful to Ana and Gia for being such outstanding hosts.

It's disappointing how deceptive the owners and the hotel manager are. They'll be charming at first to get positive reviews, but once that's out of the way, they reveal their unpleasant side and refuse to assist if you run into any problems or need support. I was a paying guest, but when I required temporary help during a bout with the flu, they treated me like an annoyance. There's no basic human decency, just unpleasant attitudes. They claim it's a romantic getaway, ideal for families and kids, but the walls are so thin that even normal conversations at night can be heard in the neighboring room. I could hear everything from the room next door. Stay somewhere else! If anything breaks, they'll find a way to blame you and charge you for it, even if it's not your fault, like a falling curtain or a broken shower wheel.

Amazing view. The facilities are excellent, everything is clean, and the service is top-notch. Our stay here was thoroughly enjoyable.

Отличное место, балкон смотрит прямо на хвойный лес. Однако, чтобы туда добраться, потребуется либо хорошая физическая форма, либо автомобиль.

Гостевой дом радует уютом и всеми необходимыми удобствами. Из окон открывается замечательный вид на Тбилиси. Хозяева очень приятные и внимательные. Все чисто, комфортно, а недавний ремонт придает помещению свежий вид. Нам здесь очень нравится, и мы с удовольствием вернемся снова. :)
