Tichý hotel s velmi jednoduchým vybavením. Je ale čistý a klidný. Celkově příjemný, pokud srovnáváme stejnou kategorii.

Неплохое место за свои деньги. Номер просторный, рядом есть магазин и пекарня. Завтрак довольно скромный, но перекусить можно. В любое время доступны кофе и чай. Персонал очень приятный.

Этот уютный отель стал для нас традиционным местом остановки каждый год. Просторные номера, балконы с видом на город или на внутренний сад с бассейном создают комфортную атмосферу. Персонал всегда отзывчив и готов помочь. Прекрасное расположение в центре Тбилиси делает это место для нас вторым домом во время отдыха. Доброй традицией стал и вкусный завтрак по доступной цене.

This place is wonderfully located in the city center. The staff surpassed our expectations with their helpfulness and friendly smiles. They even offered breakfast beyond regular hours. There's a small, clean, and cozy garden with a pool, where you can enjoy the sound of birds and silence instead of traffic noise. The building was formerly the Vatican embassy in Tbilisi, as the owner shared with me. The rooms are clean and overall, it's a great place to stay with kids.

Чай и кофе можно взять в любое время бесплатно. Персонал очень дружелюбный. Как только похолодало, хозяин сразу включил отопление. Хотя воспользоваться бассейном не удалось из-за погоды, он всегда выглядел чистым и ухоженным. По утрам поют птицы, а городской шум вовсе не слышен, даже находясь в самом центре. Просто идеально!

Avoid this place. There are much better options out there. The room had a strong smell of decay coming from the bathroom. It wasn't clean at all. The location is inconvenient, parking is impossible, and the staff is unprofessional. The breakfast was terrible, and the wifi didn't work.

Terrible experience, wouldn't recommend staying here. It's situated in a difficult-to-reach area, and we ended up spending our saved cash on taxis. The staff was problematic too. The bathroom had an awful smell. Plus, the WiFi didn't work.

The room was far from clean, with a stained carpet and a terrible smell of sewage coming from the bathroom. I asked multiple times for it to be cleaned, but my request was ignored, so every morning, the smell hit me as soon as I opened the bathroom door. The breakfast was miserable, with unripe fruit. The laundry service ruined my clothes. There was no refund or apology; they washed a suit in the washing machine instead of dry cleaning, as was clearly indicated on the labels, and completely ruined it.

Overall, it's a good place. They provide free water only on the first day, and after that, you need to purchase it. Breakfast is nice, and the staff is friendly. Everything else is fine. 😊

Это замечательное место с уютной домашней атмосферой. Очень удачное расположение: тихо и спокойно, но в то же время близко к центру. Рядом находятся супермаркет, аптека, овощная лавка и две ресторации — одна прямо напротив, другая буквально рядом. Персонал дружелюбный и отзывчивый, создает домашнюю обстановку. Завтрак удовлетворяет всем потребностям. Очень рекомендую это место, создается ощущение, будто отель расположен в лесу. Бассейн — настоящая находка. После жаркого дня всегда приятно вернуться и освежиться. Желаю всем приятного отдыха.

Вид с возвышенности на Тбилиси просто завораживает. Не ожидали найти такой спокойный уголок в самом центре. Номера просторные, с безупречной чистотой и уютной обстановкой, а балкон, утопающий в тени, оснащён удобными креслами. Приятным сюрпризом оказалось наличие и душа, и ванны в нашем номере — редкость для Тбилиси. Цены приятно порадовали. Рядом с отелем два продуктовых магазина, один из них работает круглосуточно. Складывается ощущение, что это пятизвёздочный сервис. Завтрак вкусный, а персонал очень дружелюбный. Спасибо за прекрасное пребывание, Маргарита!

Персонал на ресепшен очень дружелюбный. Комната просторная и чистая, в стоимость включены завтраки. На завтрак можно ожидать, что будут мюсли с вареньем и пару видов колбасы с хлебом. Горячие блюда, такие как омлет, сосиски и блинчики, кладут понемногу и редко обновляют. Главное не акцентировать внимание на этих мелочах, и тогда это отличное место, тем более с бассейном! За забором находится детский сад, и дети могут шуметь по утрам, нам это не мешало, но стоит иметь в виду.

Очень ухоженная территория, много зелени. Хозяева вежливые и внимательные. До главных туристических мест можно дойти пешком.

Приветливый и доброжелательный персонал. Комфортный небольшой отель на 11 номеров, правда, без лифта. Удачное расположение — рядом магазин, ресторан и пекарня. Мы бронировали четыре комнаты на втором и третьем этажах, третий этаж понравился больше. Есть завтрак и небольшой бассейн во дворе, что, безусловно, является большим плюсом. Полотенца возле бассейна всегда чистые. Бесплатный кофе и чай — очень приятно. Были небольшие проблемы: давление воды в душе разное в разных комнатах, не хватает разнообразия каналов в спутниковом телевидении. На втором этаже отсутствует дренаж для кондиционера, из-за чего на балконе образуется лужа. Также требуется чистка фильтров кондиционера. В общем, хороший отель, в который хотелось бы вернуться.

Уютное и доступное по цене небольшое место. Персонал очень доброжелательный и внимательный. Из недостатков: в комнате были проблемы с освещением, а дверь закрывалась не совсем правильно. Но зато во дворе есть собственный бассейн, а ванная комната оказалась просто огромной — есть и душ, и ванна, что очень приятно. Да и стоимость номера вполне приемлемая, учитывая все это.

This place feels like a small, peaceful hotel in the historical center of Tbilisi, complete with a bar and pool. The rooms are nice, the service is attentive, and the breakfast is satisfying.

The room was spotless, and the bed was very comfortable. Check-in was quick and smooth. Breakfast was excellent, and the staff were incredibly kind and friendly, especially the owner, David and Zia. The hotel is located in a quiet area, yet it's within walking distance of the main attractions. I highly recommend it and would return if I'm in Tbilisi again.

I wouldn't recommend this place. We spent just one night there. The bed was comfortable, and the room was fine. However, the toilet had not been cleaned after the previous guests, and the bathroom counter was unstable. The breakfast wasn't very good either.

The hotel truly matched its description! It's peaceful and located slightly uphill. It's in a great spot if you want to avoid the busy tourist areas but still have easy access to them. The room was larger than anticipated. The linens were impeccable. Both the room and the entire property were spotless every day. There was a nice lounging area and a poolside where you could unwind after exploring Tbilisi. I highly recommend this place.

When you're on an urgent trip, good rest and a pleasant atmosphere are essential. I spent my stay at this hotel and enjoyed every moment. The rooms and bathrooms were spotless. I had a double room with a view of the pool—it was stunning. I highly recommend this place anytime, any day. The receptionist was helpful, and everyone was extremely polite. The hotel didn't match its advertised description. I give it two stars for cleanliness and location. The fridge and hairdryer were both broken, the pool was dirty, and the wifi wasn't working. When I complained, nothing was done about it. You can find better hotels in this area for the same price.

For a place with no star rating, it's okay, but the prices are outrageous. For what you pay here, you could get a room in a three-star hotel.

Gezellig hotel. Schoon. Er is een klein zwembad... (maar heerlijk om even af te koelen). Het personeel doet zijn best. Ontbijt is uitstekend, vooral de omelet met kaas en tomaat. Het hotel ligt centraal. Binnen 10 minuten lopen ben je op de doorgaande weg en in 15 minuten bij de gezellige kroegjes.

I'm extremely disappointed. We were kicked out in the middle of the night. We booked two rooms for four people. Our first question before checking in was about the AC, and they said it was working. After check-in, we went out and came back after midnight to find the AC wasn't working. I went to the woman at reception to ask if we could change rooms or get someone to fix it. She said it wasn't her responsibility and admitted she forgot the AC didn't work in that room. Her solution was, "If you don't like it, just leave." Seriously? Where were we supposed to go at 2 AM? She even threatened to call security. We had to contact the Emirates embassy and the police because they put us in a terrible situation. I'm sharing this so others don't make the same mistake.

This is a fantastic place to stay. The staff are friendly and very helpful. I received great assistance with ordering taxis and scanning documents, and they even let me use the computer at reception. The hotel is cozy, with stairs to the upper floors right behind the front desk and a basement dining area for breakfast. Breakfast is simple but tasty, with options like cereals, toast, cheese, sausages, coffee, tea, and juice. The rooms are clean and the beds comfortable, at least in my room. Some rooms have balconies overlooking the back area, which features a charming little pool, a sitting area, and a small bar. I can imagine it being a great spot in warmer months. The bathroom was spotless, and the shower was hot with good water pressure. Cleaning happens daily and is thorough. Parking can be tricky, as the entrance to the hotel driveway might get blocked. Parking on the street is a safer bet. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay there again when I visit Tbilisi.
