The location was convenient considering the city's traffic. However, the rooms were quite small, and the staff wasn't friendly at all. There were hardly any Indian breakfast options.

В номере было не совсем чисто, оценил бы на 6 из 10. Тапочек не оказалось. Завтрак довольно однообразный и скромный, то же самое каждый день. Если останавливаться, то только на пару дней, отель удобен для деловых поездок.

The rooms are a bit on the small side, and the reception staff could be more flexible.

Encountered an issue with the lack of a bellboy. Basic supplies were missing, like a dental kit. We asked the receptionist, but they only provided one dental kit. Overall, the experience was just okay.

The view of the lush green mountains in Tbilisi is amazing.

The hotel itself is very modern, with a beautifully designed interior where every detail is carefully considered, both functionally and aesthetically. The rooms are spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and incredibly comfortable, especially the cozy bed. Everything feels top-notch and focused on the guest. The view from the room is simply stunning. A major highlight is the incredibly friendly and helpful staff – they are warm, attentive, and professional. Breakfast was delicious, fresh, and well-presented. This hotel offers everything one might want: comfort, style, modernity, and a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a stylish, relaxing stay.

מלון נהדר, נוח ונקי מאוד, עם שירות חדרים והחלפת מגבות כל יום. בלובי הגדול יש ספות. ארוחת הבוקר דלה מאוד ולא אכלנו אותה בגלל הכשרות, בכל זאת ההיצע מוגבל. המלון ממוקם כ-20 דקות מהעיר, שזה לא נורא, אבל צריך לקחת מונית למרכז כל פעם.

Зашли в ресторан на первом этаже на Пасху. В тот день были единственными клиентами, ведь в Грузии в этот праздник рестораны не посещают. Официанты оказались дружелюбными и общительными. Советую попробовать говяжьи медальоны с прожаркой ре — довольно неплохие. Отличное местоположение.

Приятное и комфортное место для проживания. Нужно учитывать, что отель не находится в центре Тбилиси, и время на дорогу может занять больше из-за пробок в городе. Номера отличные и чистые, в душе всегда есть горячая вода. Превосходное обслуживание клиентов. Весь отель очень чистый. Руководству стоит обратить внимание на организацию завтраков, так как столовая не очень большая. Во время нашего пребывания были две большие группы организованных туристов из разных стран, из-за чего в столовой не хватало мест. Хочется отметить персонал, который усердно работал, чтобы быстро заполнить нехватки и убрать посуду. Нам дали компенсацию за неудобства, но казалось, что менеджеры не осознали необходимость разделения времени между группами. В целом, хороший отель с вежливым и дружелюбным персоналом, отличные номера и надежные лифты. Расположение немного удалено от центра.

Парковка — настоящая проблема.

Konum mükemmel; havalimanından 337 numaralı otobüse binip özgürlük meydanında indikten sonra 309 ya da 345 numarayla direkt otelin önünde iniyorsunuz. Eski Tiflis’e yürümek 1 saat 15 dakika alıyor. Otobüsle ise önce Özgürlük Meydanı'na 15 dakikada gidip, ardından 15 dakika yürüyebilirsiniz. Odalar çok temiz. Havlular biraz eski ve sert. Terlikler mevcut. Kahvaltı, bence Hampton grubunda daha iyiydi.

Недавно останавливался в этом отеле и получил массу положительных впечатлений. Персонал был дружелюбным и внимательным, что сделало процесс заселения быстрым и комфортным. Нам сделали бесплатный апгрейд до номера категории King Junior Suite, который оказался просторным, идеально чистым, с необходимыми удобствами и потрясающим видом на город. Удачное расположение отеля позволило без труда исследовать близлежащие достопримечательности. Завтрак по системе "шведский стол" порадовал разнообразием свежих и вкусных блюд. Особая благодарность Натали, Лидии и Мари за их усилия, сделавшие наше пребывание особенно приятным. Однозначно рекомендую этот отель для расслабляющего и запоминающегося отдыха. Обязательно вернусь при следующем визите!

The hotel is perfectly located on one of the main streets. Both the room and the conference facilities are well-equipped and spotless. The food and drinks are incredibly tasty. The staff are very friendly and attentive.

Georgia has welcomed us six times, and staying here was an absolute delight. The staff's exceptional service left a lasting impression on us. We visited for a friend’s wedding and to celebrate our anniversary, and we are truly grateful to Alexander, Nicolas, and the entire team for their remarkable hospitality.

In January, we enjoyed our winter stay at this hotel. The location is great for walks and taking in the chilly weather, which I really enjoy. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby, and we had a great time visiting them. The service was top-notch; any request we had for our room was handled quickly. They even assisted with our luggage, which was a nice touch, though not a regular service. As a pleasant surprise for our wedding anniversary, we received drinks and cake. Overall, our stay was wonderful, though there were minor imperfections, it was truly enjoyable.

Choosing this hotel was a fantastic decision for my trip. The staff and service were outstanding. The room was impeccably clean; everything was just perfect, 5/5. The lobby was impressive. Breakfast at the restaurant was also commendable, with some Halal options available. A significant detail is that the hotel provides a shower (Shataf). The location is ideal, with easy access to Carrefour and Dunkin, both just a two-minute walk away. Thank you!

Great hotel located right in the heart of the city, beautifully decorated for Christmas and New Year. All the attractions are nearby. The location is just right, with a Carrefour grocery store and plenty of dining options such as Subway, Wendy’s, as well as Georgian and Indian cuisines in the vicinity. The staff was incredibly supportive, and a special thanks goes to Nini at the front desk for being so kind and helpful. Highly recommend staying here.
