The location is excellent, but the daily uphill walk is quite challenging. If you manage to get a room in the new section, you'll have access to an elevator. Otherwise, staying in the old section means more climbing stairs. I noticed that Asian guests seemed to be placed in the old section, while Caucasian guests were often in the new section. It's just an observation and hopefully not a real pattern.

The hotel is quite cozy, but the rooms aren't very large. However, the location is highly recommended.

Stayed here twice in April while visiting Georgia. The location is fantastic, with a view of Old Town Tbilisi and everything within easy walking distance. The hotel has two wings, and Wing B offers rooms with a nice city view. Although the rooms are small, which is typical for a boutique hotel in the city center, they are clean. Breakfast is decent and includes a vegetarian option. The staff is friendly. During our stay, we encountered some heating issues, but extra blankets were provided to keep us warm.

The rooms in some parts of the building are quite cramped. Overall, the experience didn't quite meet expectations.

Внимания к деталям не было, комфорта нет, и об истинной гостеприимности говорить не приходится. Если вы цените свои деньги и время, а также хотите спокойно отдохнуть, лучше выбрать другое место. В округе хватает более достойных вариантов — этот отель того не стоит.

Leider war der Aufenthalt in dem Hotel enttäuschend. Das Warmwasser kam nur sehr langsam und wurde beim Duschen wieder kalt. Laut Buchung sollte die Bezahlung vor Ort erfolgen, jedoch wurden wir unprofessionell über WhatsApp unter Druck gesetzt, sofort über einen Link zu zahlen. Das Zimmer war nicht die angegebenen 40 m² groß, sondern nur etwa 25 m². Das Frühstück war sehr einfach, ohne Auswahl, nichts wurde nachgefüllt – wer um 9 Uhr kam, fand nicht einmal heißes Wasser. Für den gezahlten Preis bietet das Hotel keinen Gegenwert. Keine Empfehlung.

The hotel offers a fantastic city view. Breakfast is exceptional, and the staff are both friendly and helpful. The room felt a bit cramped for three people, but overall, everything was just right.

The location is excellent, and the rooms are worth the money. However, the service was terrible. Out of 4 days, for 3 days we had no hot water, and the receptionist was rude, telling us to contact our tour guide or the hotel management for a solution. During peak hours from 8 am to 10:30 am, you won't get hot water no matter what. Breakfast is over after 9:30 am, leaving you frustrated and disappointed at the start of your day. Technical issues can happen and sometimes can't be fixed right away, which is understandable. But rude behavior from hotel staff or treating customers like fools is not acceptable. I don't recommend this hotel for tourists, even though it is conveniently located, because of the poor service.

Останавливались здесь несколько раз, так как удобно расположен в историческом центре. Однако, есть проблема с отоплением. Перед заселением номера не прогревают, и в помещениях очень холодно. Это доставляет дискомфорт и даже может привести к болезни. Рекомендую заранее просить включить обогрев перед приездом, иначе согреться сложно. Отель находится на скале, что усугубляет ситуацию.

During my stay at this hotel, I found the experience to be quite pleasant. The staff were welcoming, and the rooms were both clean and cozy. Everyone at the reception and other team members were attentive and supportive throughout our visit. On the downside, the breakfast selection was a bit limited, which was slightly disappointing. This hotel is a solid 4-star option for the Caucasus region, though it may not match up to the 4-star hotel standards in Europe. I especially recommend their family rooms, as they are spacious and comfortable, perfect for longer stays.

Avoid this hotel if you want a pleasant stay in this beautiful city! Room temperature was 28 degrees since the AC didn't work, despite outside being just 2 degrees. They couldn’t fix it for six days. The fridge was broken too, only checked by bellboys but no real attempt to repair it. The shower temperature fluctuated wildly between hot and cold, and water would stop midway. Staff provided no help — the manager, Tamara, was particularly rude. There were no maps or any assistance available. Breakfast was cold, unappetizing, and basic at all times. Parking is non-existent, getting in and out was tough due to cars parked on the narrow street. No amenities like a restaurant, bar, or spa available. The location was inconvenient, involving a dangerous climb over broken stones. This was the worst experience of my life despite my frequent travels. Definitely not worthy of even a 3-star rating! I wouldn’t return even if it were free. I mistakenly booked two rooms and they refused to offer any refund even though I contacted them half an hour after booking. Paid for 6 nights for an unused room, wasting 428 euros, and over 900 euros total on this horrible experience.

We returned to this hotel after a pleasant experience in June 2023, but this time we're very disappointed. We booked in September specifically to get a room with the panoramic view we loved. Instead, we got a room in the old building, not as advertised. The room has many issues: a blurry TV and no hot water in the bathroom. The receptionist explained that the hot water was out because too many people were in building A. This was surprising and frustrating. The staff didn’t seem to care about our concerns. The TV looks ancient, like it's from the 1980s, which is unacceptable today. We expected another enjoyable stay as returning guests, but this visit has been a letdown. The bathroom is terrible, with a horrible smell. I hope you address these problems to improve guest experiences.

This was one of the worst hotel stays I've experienced, and it was my second time here. I traveled with my 60-year-old mother, who has a bad back, and they put us in a room on the 2nd floor with no elevator access. I was shocked and explained the situation, but they only moved us after we insisted. The new room was tiny and we found two cockroaches in the minibar drawer that we had to kill ourselves. On the second night, we discovered what looked like bedbug eggs on the mattress, and even then, they refused to change our room. They only vacuumed the mattress and replaced the sheets. The entire experience was utterly disappointing.

My son and I spent four nights here and really enjoyed it. The rooms were clean and spacious, which was great. The reception staff were very supportive and helpful. Breakfast at the rooftop café was also nice. The location is excellent, with many of Tbilisi's attractions within easy walking distance.

На следующий день в улучшенном номере кондиционер все равно не работал, температура была 28 °C, хотя кондиционер установлен на 18 °C. Сотрудник признал проблему, но заявил, что техник будет только на следующий день. Через некоторое время мне позвонили с рецепции и сообщили, что кондиционер отключен намеренно из-за холодной погоды, и никакого решения у них для меня нет. Пришлось выбирать либо спать в душной комнате с закрытыми окнами, либо открывать балкон и впускать насекомых — ситуация абсолютно неприемлемая. Завтрак первого дня был сплошным разочарованием: к 9 утра большинство еды закончилось, причём завтрак идет с 8 до 11 утра. Персонал сказал ждать 10 минут на яйца, но только через 30 минут их принесли, и они были полусырыми. В тосте даже обнаружился белый волос. В итоге на завтрак мы больше не ходили. Также с уборкой были проблемы: несмотря на ежедневный запрос с табличкой на двери, номер не убирали все четыре дня. В последний день, около 3 часов дня, уборщица зашла в комнату, когда я еще спал, извинилась и ушла, но так и не вернулась для уборки. В общем, это была крайне разочаровывающая поездка со скверным сервисом, недостаточной чистотой и непрофессиональным персоналом. Ни в коем случае не рекомендую останавливаться здесь. 🤮🤮🤮🤮

There's nothing negative to say about this place. The location is excellent, with everything you need nearby. My room was compact but very clean and nicely equipped. The WiFi worked well throughout the building. The dining room is impressive, and the food selection is good, except for the desserts.

I reserved a standard triple room for two nights through booking. The room size and beds were satisfactory, and the location is conveniently close to various attractions. However, I encountered three major issues: 1. The air conditioning was not functioning well, making it uncomfortably hot. I woke up multiple times at night as the AC wasn’t cooling the room effectively. It displayed 16°C on the thermostat, but it felt over 25°C. 2. The toilet door lock was broken. I requested a repair, but was told maintenance wasn’t available that day. 3. The booking advertised a room with a nice view, but the reality didn’t match the photos. When I asked for a different room, they apologized and informed me there were no available rooms to switch to.

They even surprised me with a lovely card and a small cake for my birthday, which was such a thoughtful touch. The view from the hotel is breathtaking. It's conveniently located just a few steps from the City Tour bus stop, the Kura River, Metekhi Church, and the Old Metekhi Restaurant, where you can enjoy traditional dance shows.

The hotel's location in the city is fantastic, with many attractions within walking distance. It's less than a five-minute walk to the subway and bus station. The only downside is the steep 500-meter walk, which can be a bit tiring at times.

This hotel in Tbilisi is one of the best I've stayed in. The prices are reasonable and worth it. I chose one of the Panoramic Rooms, which was perfect for two people. The private terrace was a highlight, where I enjoyed dinners with a great view—an ideal setup for me. The staff is fantastic and very polite. Ani at the front desk was always helpful and cheerful. The restaurant team was excellent. As a vegetarian, I found it hard to get a good breakfast in Tbilisi, but this place offered a few vegetarian options that suited me well. The location is unbeatable, just minutes away from everything. I highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a prime location and quality rooms.

Stay away from this place! It's definitely not a four-star hotel. They lack the needed amenities and quality standards (no restaurant, no bar, no spa or pool, no co-working area, poor WiFi, just basic decor and bedding). Our experience was so terrible that we left halfway through our 4-night stay and booked another hotel nearby. The AC in our room didn't work. We informed the front desk after the first night. They said they fixed it, yet upon returning, it was still broken (26°C). Reporting it again at 7 pm was "too late" for them to call a technician or prepare another room, which you'd expect from a genuine four-star hotel. We sweated through another night. The next day, they moved us to another room with the same faulty AC. They sent a technician, but the "fix" didn't help. We spent an hour booking a real four-star hotel, and the temperature even rose by a degree while we did. The staff was unhelpful and rude, managing a subpar establishment. Save yourself the trouble and book elsewhere.

Our check-in experience was terrible. We booked a double bed, but received a room with two single beds pushed together. We explained it wouldn’t work because our child sleeps between us. The staff made various excuses: no available rooms, cleaning staff was gone, and the only other room was small, smelled bad, and barely had space to move around the double bed. As if that wasn't bad enough, while we were by the room with the joined single beds, we got a call telling us not to use anything until they checked for alternatives. Did they think we wouldn't understand not to use things in a room we might not stay in? They could have sent someone to be sure, instead of acting without basic politeness and professionalism. Although we got an upgrade the next day, they seemed to forget that material compensation doesn’t heal the embarrassment caused by their insensitivity. If check-in has no issues, the newer wing's rooms, breakfast options, and location are good. Nonetheless, the negative aspects overshadowed the positives.

Wir haben hier insgesamt 3 Nächte verbracht. Die Lage ist hervorragend. Die Zimmer waren in Ordnung, wenn auch etwas klein. Das Frühstück bietet eine großartige Aussicht, die Auswahl an Speisen ist akzeptabel. Eine Sauna wäre schön, besonders im Winter in Tiflis, aber leider gibt es keine im Hotel.

The breakfast buffet in the morning offered a wide variety and was a pleasure to enjoy, with a lovely view from the breakfast area. The hotel's proximity to the city center is its greatest advantage. There are two buildings, and based on your reservation, you can request the one that best fits your needs.
