This hotel is located quite far from the city center. The staff is unhelpful and ignores any requests. We couldn't even lock our bathroom. They only provide one key card per room, which is inconvenient. Additionally, they don't supply enough water daily, and the food quality is poor.

Bare minimum.

Не советую этот отель. Нас с женой поселили на шестом этаже в маленький двухместный номер с раздельными кроватями и видом на жилые дома. Коридоры были душными. Я хотел переселиться в номер для курящих с видом на горы на пятом этаже, но менеджер отказался выполнять просьбу. Вместо ожидаемого красивого вида приходится смотреть на соседние дома. Эта поездка в Тбилиси оставила незабываемые впечатления, но совсем не в хорошем смысле.

The breakfast selection is impressive with a great variety. However, the location is quite distant from the city center.

We experienced a disappointing stay at this hotel. We stayed in two rooms; the first was in the old section and was very small and poorly maintained. The towels were worn out, and the bathroom had an unpleasant odor, indicating it hadn't been updated in a long time. There was no magnifying mirror in the bathroom and no mirror near the table, although it did have a balcony, which was the only positive aspect.

The second room was in the newer section and was slightly better but still lacked a balcony. It was a bit larger, but the bathroom also needed better maintenance and lacked a magnifying mirror. Both rooms only had basic toiletries such as shampoo, shower gel, and soap. There were no other toiletries, and, surprisingly, no tissue boxes. When I requested one, they said they couldn't provide it.

Room cleaning was inconsistent, and this was reported to the receptionist. Because the room wasn't cleaned, coffee and tea weren't replenished. When I asked for more at the reception, they initially insisted I pay for them since they would have to get them from the restaurant rather than room service, which I refused.

The breakfast was far from satisfactory, extremely basic, and the dining hall had a bad odor. Omelets were not served until after the breakfast buffet closed, which made it pointless. In my opinion, this hotel doesn't deserve a 4-star rating at all.

Temizlik ve hijyen berbat. Tuvalet ve banyonun durumu içler acısı. Yataklar o kadar eski ki sabah bel ağrısıyla uyandım. Asansörler ve ortak alanlar da aynı durumda. Kahvaltı çeşitli ama yeterince bardak yok, bu yüzden bardak için beklemek zorundasınız. Masalardaki peçete ve tuzluk gibi şeyler de eksik.

손님이 너무 많아서 그런지 객실 청소가 좀 엉망이었고, 손님 일정에 대한 배려도 없었던 것 같아요. 주차도 불편했습니다.

Очень хорошо встречают и провожают. Завтрак вкусный, персонал отзывчивый, общаются на русском. В номерах тихо, вода хорошо течёт и ничем плохим не пахнет.

- Расположен в 20 минутах езды от центра города. Можно легко вызвать такси Bolt за 10 лари, либо, если время не критично, воспользоваться метро.
- Завтрак мог бы быть разнообразнее. Зато обеденная зона достаточно просторная и ухоженная.

Additionally, the room's condition was unsatisfactory and didn't align with the standards expected from a 4-star establishment.

Pleasant hotel with spacious rooms. The breakfast is average. The staff are friendly, although they could be a bit more welcoming. The fridge in the rooms is more of a box with a fan, but you can keep cold items at the restaurant downstairs if necessary. Buses and the metro are a 5-minute walk away, and there are money exchangers and supermarkets nearby. Compared to hotels in the UAE, it's similar to a 3-star. There isn’t much to see nearby, and nice restaurants are limited.

Terrible customer service at this hotel. My bottle of brandy disappeared from my room, and nobody cared enough to help find it. When I suggested it might be in their luggage room, I was told guests aren't allowed to go in there. Make sure to keep your belongings secure, as the rooms don't feel safe. The breakfast menu hasn't changed in three days – it's the same repetitive food. Be wise with your money and spend it elsewhere.

During check-in, they allowed a late check-out by an hour, but on the last day, they called 30 minutes before the standard check-out time and denied any extension. This behavior was completely unprofessional. The bathroom sink was clogged for three days, and it remained unfixed. The safe didn't work either. The TV lacked English channels. The location is distant from the city center, requiring taxi rides. Additionally, the check-in staff were very serious and not welcoming.

The safe and fridge in the room don't work, and the room itself is very basic. The staff is unfriendly and doesn't smile, making the atmosphere unwelcoming. There are no restaurants in the area except for a fast-food café, although there is a supermarket nearby.

These people are dishonest. Avoid booking with them. I know how to book a hotel with breakfast, and that’s exactly what I did through Priceline. After staying six days, the manager suddenly said, in front of other guests, that breakfast was never included, and I needed to pay to continue. They should have informed me on the first day, but they refused to acknowledge their mistake. They called my room multiple times to demand 300 lari for breakfast, which I had to pay because even the website wasn’t responsive. Bottom line, don’t deal with these scammers—they are unprofessional and unethical.

Upon arrival, the reception staff made a significant error that left us confused for hours. We were a group of three women. When we arrived, I handed over my passport and voucher for check-in, but was told there was no reservation and that we should go to another hotel. We ended up paying for three taxi rides and lost two hours. Eventually, it was discovered that the reservation was under my friend's name. The staff didn't bother to check all three names, even though they should have known registration might be under any guest's name. We paid 100 GEL for early check-in. The room was small for three people, making movement difficult. It was clean and offered a nice view, but none of the rooms had balconies. The hotel is 15-20 minutes from the main street by taxi, costing between 10 and 15 GEL. The bathroom hose was a highlight. Breakfast was satisfying and varied with good food. In January, a woman played Christmas songs on the piano during breakfast. The internet speed was decent. Given the location and access issues, I wouldn't choose this place again if I visit Tbilisi.

The shower had black mould. The furniture was outdated, more suitable for an apartment than a hotel. This is definitely not a 4-star hotel.

The hotel staff, especially Manager George, was extremely unhelpful and frankly the worst. Our room lacked a sign for postponing room service, leading to staff entering our room, leaving garbage, and taking our long coat cover from the bed. Manager George gave us false hope and seemed to just wait for our trip to end. No help whatsoever.

Когда обратились на ресепшн с просьбой переселить нас в забронированные номера, нам грубо ответили, что свободных комнат нет. Фотографии показывают, насколько номера отличаются от увиденного в интернете, и как отель способен манипулировать туристами. Проживание здесь стоит рассматривать только в крайнем случае (даже если придётся заплатить немного больше в другом месте).

The room wasn't clean; there was hair everywhere, and the floor was dusty. I found leftover sugar from the previous guest, and there were no tissues in the room. The shower gel was empty and hadn't been refilled. Check out the pictures.

During a 3-week trip in Georgia, this was the worst hotel experience. I can't see why it's rated 4-stars. We booked 4 rooms, and most reeked of cigarettes, despite their non-smoking claim. The linens had stains and hair when we checked in. The walls were marked. The night receptionist was rude. It's located far from the city center. The elevator buttons didn't work properly.

Several lights in the bathroom and room were completely non-functional, and there was a persistent water leakage issue with the toilet. Переночевать здесь можно лишь одну ночь, если цель — просто поспать на не очень удобной кровати и выехать. Все достопримечательности города находятся далеко от этого места.

The pillows were uncomfortable, and the AC made too much noise. Breakfast was mediocre, nothing to look forward to. Even the cakes at the bar were unimpressive. Check-in was a disaster, and the staff were rude and unwelcoming.

They won't clean the bathroom after it somehow overflows. The bed cover was dirty, and they refused to replace it! Slippers aren't provided (you have to ask) and the dental kit is also missing. I have no idea why we paid them.

If you're visiting Georgia for the first time and considering this hotel based on reviews or its four-star rating, I strongly advise against it. It is certainly not a four-star establishment. The rooms are very basic, and the breakfast buffet is the same every day—I was there for six days. The service standards are extremely low, and the hotel staff is unprofessional with very rude behavior. Housekeeping does not replenish room amenities daily, and the bathroom door lock was broken. While there are things to see and do nearby, it's a 25-minute drive to both the airport and the main city.

This place is nowhere near a 4-star level, more like a 2-star. One of the worst stays I've had. I've been to many countries, and even 2- and 3-star hotels were much better. The rooms are basic and don't look like the online photos. The bathroom door didn't have a proper lock. The reception staff couldn't understand or speak English every time we needed something. When we asked about laundry, they made us go to the lobby to check prices, which was really inconvenient. The restaurant staff in the lobby area was extremely rude and unprofessional. They definitely need training in customer service.

My family and I visited in September 2024 and faced a terrible experience with the front desk staff, especially one very rude person whose name I can't recall. Our travel agent had booked our room a week in advance, but when we arrived to check-in, they told us our reservation was canceled. There was no cancellation email or any proof of cancellation provided. The staff made fun of us with their colleagues because we were Indians. The behavior was appalling, and the staff was horrible.

NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!! В октябре 2024 года я приехал сюда с партнером и попросил номер с большой кроватью. Вместо этого сдвинули две односпальные кровати, что оказалось очень неудобно. Я сообщил об этом и попросил другую кровать или номер, но мне сказали, что у них все комнаты такие.

К тому же замок на двери не работал. Чтобы его закрыть, приходилось по пять минут возиться каждый раз, когда мы уходили. После уборки горничная оставила дверь незапертой, и мы вернулись в полночь к открытой комнате. Понимаю, что это не её вина, а проблема управления.

Когда я пожаловался на ресепшн, девушка просто извинилась и предложила сказать, если что-то пропадет, а сама тут же уткнулась в телефон. Её это вовсе не волновало.

Табличек "не беспокоить" на двери не было. Интерьер был устаревшим и неухоженным, и за такие деньги я ожидал большего. В общем, не рекомендую и точно не вернусь.

Вау, классное место, одно из многих в Тбилиси, которые могут похвастаться хорошим уровнем обслуживания, качественными и уютными номерами и конечно же хорошим место расположением, доступное расстояние от достопримечательностей, что позволяет проводить насыщенные прогулки, после которых можно с большим удовольствием расслабляться в этих комфортабельных номерах.
