I recently rested with my Swiss friends, in this wonderful hotel. Service, the beautiful view to old town it really exceeded all expectations. The staff were very pleasant, welcoming and same time very efficient. Each one day better than the last and I recommend this boutique to anyone who visit Tbilisi and want to make their holidays memorable.

Great prices for a location that's away from the city center. Excellent connections to buses and the metro, making it easy to get around quickly. There’s parking available too. The staff is extremely friendly, and the apartment I stayed in was immaculate. Modern, clean, and comfortable. Simple to locate, and buses from the airport (37 & 137) stop here as well. There’s a small supermarket and pharmacy in the same building. Wonderful choice for an extended stay.

We had a terrible experience at this place. The staff is incredibly rude and impolite. We even saw one employee drunk. The bathroom has issues; the hot water doesn’t work, and it always smells bad. Additionally, there's an old woman who constantly yells at guests in Georgian.

The location is convenient and close to the metro, but our stay was disappointing. We booked a king standard room online, but they gave us a twin bed room instead. The receptionist was rude, saying we could either stay or find another hotel. It upset us and ruined our first day. The service was embarrassing and low quality. The breakfast was poor too, just a cold buffet with no hot dishes. The rooms are nice but not well kept. We wouldn't recommend this place; there are much better options in the city.

Отель красиво оформлен. Номера чистые и удобные. Завтраки вкусные и похожи на домашние. Большой плюс — рядом находится метро. Недалеко есть рынок. WiFi работает отлично. Спасибо персоналу за тёплый приём!

Hotel is new and has a residential feel. However, it's a bit far from the city center, about four metro stops away. The breakfast is rather dull.

Отель приятный, а сотрудники просто замечательные! Единственный недостаток — шум от шоссе, но можно попросить номер, который выходит во двор. Метро находится прямо под отелем. Вокруг много семейных ресторанов, где цены в два раза ниже, чем в центре города.

Здесь рядом проходит оживлённая улица.

Отличная гостиница.

Otelin konumu, konforu ve temizliği oldukça iyi. Ancak kahvaltı çok yetersiz, ayrıca personel dikkatsiz ve ilgisiz.

In July 2018, my experience at this hotel was exceptional! The rooms were spacious and spotless, and the location was conveniently close to the subway. The staff went above and beyond, providing excellent recommendations for dining and exploring the city. Tata and Maia made our visit unforgettable with their warm hospitality. Maia even guided me to the best local spas and food markets, which was a delightful bonus. I accidentally left my phone in a taxi arranged by the hotel, and they managed to help me recover it safely. Looking forward to staying here again on our next trip to Tbilisi!

Всего в пяти шагах от входа — ворота к метро, а чуть дальше — круглосуточный магазин. Через дорогу — грузинский ресторан с отличной и недорогой едой, это самое выгодное место, которое мы нашли. Персонал был приветливым и всегда готов помочь с советами по городу. Рекомендую это место на все 100%. Мария была замечательной.

The staff were helpful, and the location is convenient with the metro station just a 5-minute walk away. However, staying here just for the metro is pointless. The room was spacious, and breakfast was okay. The bed was small for a couple, and the pillows were uncomfortable with hairs on them. There was no proper blanket, just a thin sheet, and the extra blanket was stained with blood. The toilet didn't flush properly. We paid $80 per night, which is not worth it. Overall, the experience was very bad.

Decent option for a night's stay near the airport, just 15 minutes away. The rooms are spacious and spotless. The building has two floors, but there's no elevator, which could be inconvenient. Conveniently, there's a pharmacy and grocery store located within the same premises.

Guga, one of the staff members, was really great and made a wonderful impression!

Комната приятная, завтрак включает омлет, овощи, колбасу, сыр, чай, кофе и сок. Персонал вялый.

Хороший отель, если вам не нужен уровень 4 звезды и выше. Завтрак скромный, с небольшим выбором. Небольшой отель, но персонал отличный, а такси можно легко вызвать, чтобы передвигаться по городу.

Отель приятно удивил просторными номерами и очень дружелюбным менеджером.

Отель приятный, завтраки включены. Номера стандартные, без особых изысков, но чистые и уютные. Четыре звезды ставлю за расположение. С одной стороны, это удобно: прямо под отелем станция метро, и можно легко добраться куда необходимо. Но есть и минус — возле отеля проходит оживлённое шоссе. Если окна номера выходят на трассу, то спать проблематично. Кроме того, из-за близости метро вокруг довольно грязно.

Good for a single night's visit or if you're on a tight budget. It's clean but quite minimalistic, similar to staying at someone's home. Conveniently located right by the train station and the airport bus stop.

The location was quite pleasant, but we stayed on the 15th of March, and there were some drawbacks.

This hotel offers excellent service, with clean rooms and friendly staff at reception. It's conveniently located next to a metro station and close to both the train and bus stations. You can reach the airport in just 10 minutes and the city center in 15 minutes. "East Point" is only 2 km to the east of the hotel.

The best place to stay in Tbilisi for budget-conscious travelers. The rooms are lovely and impeccably clean. The staff is friendly and efficient.

The hotel is spotless, with spacious rooms and excellent staff. There’s an amazing view, and it’s conveniently close to the airport. I was in Tbilisi for business and traveled to the city center daily using the metro, which is directly beneath the hotel. It takes only 15 minutes by metro to get to the city center.

The rooms are very clean and pleasant. It's conveniently located just 10 minutes from the airport, with a supermarket and pharmacy in the same building. There's also a metro entrance right next to it. The only downside is a bit of noise from the highway in front.

Отличная чистота, вежливый персонал и потрясающий дизайн. Необычно красивый потолок. Дорога от аэропорта занимает всего 10 минут 😊.
