Śniadania są smaczne, a wieczorem można się zrelaksować na tarasie z pięknym widokiem. Pokoje są komfortowe i czyste. Przyjechaliśmy do hotelu bardzo wcześnie rano, a personel od razu pozwolił nam zająć pokój i poczęstował nas kawą i herbatą, co było bardzo miłe. Polecam.

정말 멋진 시간을 보냈어요. 리셉션의 마리아라는 직원분이 한국어에 능통하셔서 소통이 매우 편리했습니다. 근처의 맛집도 추천해 주셨고, 덕분에 헤매지 않고 맛있는 것들을 즐길 수 있었어요. 조식은 아침 9시부터 시작이라 조금 늦은 느낌이었지만, 저희를 위해 일찍 준비해주셔서 맛있게 먹고 체크아웃 했습니다. 아쉽게도 사진을 찍지 못했네요. 주방 아주머니께서 맛있는 조식을 준비해 주셨고, 마지막에는 따뜻한 포옹도 해 주셨어요. 모두 정말 따뜻한 사람들이었습니다. 객실은 깨끗하고 수압도 적당해서 모든 것이 만족스러웠습니다. 모두 행복하세요!

Our experience at this charming hotel in Old Tbilisi was fantastic! It's a small, cozy place with a perfect location. Mariam, the host, was so welcoming and really made our stay memorable. The complimentary breakfast offered plenty of choices for both vegetarians and meat-eaters. We particularly enjoyed relaxing on the veranda, sipping tea while taking in the views of Old Tbilisi. Highly recommend it!

Tento rodinný hotel je situován ve starobylé budově v centru, což znamená, že pokoje jsou menší, ale velmi útulné, krásně zrekonstruované a moderně vybavené, včetně klimatizace. Sdílená terasa, kde každý večer hraje živá hudba, je opravdovým luxusem. Víno a pivo si lze zakoupit na recepci, případně si přinést své vlastní. Snídaně je veliká, podávaná formou bufetu. Personál je vrcholem celého pobytu — velmi milá manažerka a pozorní mladí lidé na recepci. Doporučujeme na sto procent. Určitě se rádi vrátíme!

We stayed for ten nights and felt completely at home. This place has the perfect location, right in the heart of the old town. There are wonderful cafes, restaurants, and ateliers around, along with some famous landmarks. Metro and bus access is super convenient. The decor is lovely, and the balcony offers a great view, making it an ideal spot to start or end the day while chatting with other guests and planning the next adventure in this amazing city. Даже супермаркет Carrefour и фудкорт находятся всего в шести минутах. Сам отель быстро стал нам вторым домом. Зданию более 200 лет, и администратор Леван может подробно рассказать его историю. Комнаты хоть и небольшие, но очень удобные, с уютной атмосферой. Матрасы здесь невероятные — я давно так хорошо не спала, как будто на облаке. Завтраки просто восхитительны: я не могла оторваться от панкейков со сметаной и джемом, а мой муж полюбил сосиски и сыр сулугуни. Чай и кофе были доступны круглосуточно. Вечера проводили на чудесном балконе-терассе с видом на Собор Святой Троицы и бывшую резиденцию Саакашвили, наслаждаясь грузинским вином. Персонал здесь замечательный: всегда улыбаются, вежливы и внимательны. Особая благодарность администраторам Диане, Левану и Инне за тёплый приём. Единственный минус — уезжать совершенно не хотелось. Но мы обязательно вернёмся. С любовью! ❣️

После долгой дороги встретила нас с теплотой и сразу предложила помощь. Подсказала, где можно припарковать автомобиль — в Старом Тбилиси это действительно сложно. Номер оказался чистым и уютным, особенно понравился вид с мансарды. В номере есть душ и туалет. Завтрак включён в стоимость.

Второй раз были в Тбилиси и снова выбрали этот отель. Уютное место с замечательными людьми, которые заботятся о гостях. Диане огромное спасибо за помощь и приятные беседы, Кето, Левану и Инне — за теплый прием, а Натиа — за вкусные завтраки и внимание. Все здесь очень нравится. Влюбились в кухонную веранду. Завтрак на ней с видом на улицу с ресторанчиками — одно удовольствие. Отсюда открывается вид на Церковь Святой Троицы и на город. В комнате чистота и порядок. Есть все необходимое, а пол из камней в душевой напоминает о морском берегу. В отеле все подобрано с элегантным вкусом, от деревянных окон до стен и дверей, каждая деталь радует глаз. Рекомендую всем, кто хочет почувствовать себя дома. Атмосфера спокойная и домашняя. На кухне можно заварить чай или налить вина и наслаждаться на веранде. Местоположение отличное — прямо в центре, но наша комната (номер 10) была немного тесноватой для троих, так как находилась под крышей. Завтрак был довольно скудным, иногда было непонятно, нужно ли мыть посуду самостоятельно. Хотелось бы, чтобы работник оставался на кухне и завтрак был более разнообразным.

Hotel położony w dogodnej lokalizacji, blisko centrum. Miałam pokój na poddaszu - był przytulny, choć niewielki. Jeśli nie planujesz spędzać całych dni w pokoju, to całkiem w porządku, ale dla wysokich osób może być problem. Sufit jest niski, a skosy dość duże. Śniadanie zróżnicowane i smaczne, w zupełności wystarczające. Obsługa bardzo miła.

This cozy and welcoming venue impresses with its outstanding design and is situated in an ideal location. Surprisingly, it remains quiet and peaceful. We've visited twice, and we're definitely planning to return.

I stayed there in August 2019 and honestly found the hotel to be quite unpleasant. The window in my room wouldn't close, which felt really unsafe, especially since there were other houses right next to the hotel. The towels had a bad smell. Overall, it definitely didn't live up to the 3-star rating.

The room is quite cramped.

A few things about this place: 1. I made a mistake by not realizing the room I booked had a shared bathroom. It wasn’t clear until I arrived and the receptionist mentioned it. Felt more like staying at a hostel than a hotel. 2. The room we stayed in was incredibly small. It was literally an attic room with a slanted roof, so you couldn’t stand up unless you were by the door. Not suitable for two adults and far too expensive for such a cramped space. I expected it to be small, but not this tiny. I would have preferred a hostel dorm. 3. At check-in, we were shown a washer and dryer and told we could use them. Since no fees were mentioned or displayed, I assumed it was included in the nightly rate. It turned out to be a paid service, and the local norm seemed to charge per item. We were shocked when the laundry bill came to 43 GEL ($21.50 CAD). Luckily, the receptionist reduced it since we weren’t informed about the charges by another receptionist. Otherwise, it would have been 86 GEL ($43 CAD)! Outrageous. Better to find places that charge by the kilo. 4. The breakfast was disappointing and a bit odd. Agoda wouldn’t post my review, so I’m sharing it here. The only positive was the nice and accommodating staff. Save your money and choose a different hotel. There are plenty of better options for the same price.

The rooms were extremely small and didn’t look like the pictures at all. The bathroom was tiny too, and the shower floor was uncomfortable. They only cleaned the room every four days. The food was okay, but it could definitely be improved.

Отель находится в очень удобном месте, все интересные места старого Тбилиси под рукой, транспорт не требуется. Завтраки вкусные, но ассортимент мог бы быть побогаче. Приятный бонус — тарелка с яблоками на кухне. С террасы открывается хороший вид. Номер небольшой, но уютный. Очень хочется, чтобы обновили душевую. Пол в ванной напомнил детский бассейн из 90-х, и это портит впечатление. Ванная тесная и почти связана со спальней. Шумоизоляция слабая, однако это не вина хозяев — рядом идёт стройка.

Единственное, что немного подкачало, — это устаревшие и неудобные душевые. Зато местоположение просто отличное — до любой точки старого Тбилиси можно добраться пешком за 5 минут. В округе много ресторанов. Персонал просто классный. А завтраки очень вкусные, особенно яблоки.

Очень недовольна обслуживанием сотрудников и руководства этого отеля. Забронировала номер заранее, более чем за месяц, но в день заселения получила сообщение об отмене брони из-за овербукинга. Почему именно мою? Вроде договаривалась, все было подтверждено. Вину свалили на сайт бронирования, никакой помощи в поиске другого жилья не предложили, хотя обещали. Когда посмотрела сайт, цены на жилье выросли вдвое. Кажется, что для них неприятные гости не проблема, пусть и на улице остаются.

Это самое ужасное место, в котором я когда-либо оставался. Скорее напоминает хостел. К сожалению, оплатил заранее, не увидев номер. Качество просто отвратительное, а номер крохотный, как кладовка. Цена в несколько раз выше хороших отелей поблизости. Деньги возвращать отказались, управляющая была надменной и грубой. Кухня общая, работает по принципу «все сам». Парковки нет, но это не главное. Если не хотите испортить себе отдых, ни за что не выбирайте это место.

Приятный и опрятный отель с атмосферой старины. Всё организовано так, что приятно остановиться на ночь. Особая благодарность Мишель за терпение к нашему веселью до трёх часов утра 🙋.
