Отель оказался вполне приятным. Персонал на рецепции — девушки дружелюбные и отзывчивые. Завтрак мог бы быть более разнообразным и раньше начинаться, с 7 утра вместо 9. В комнате иногда попадались мелкие муравьи, а в туалете немного подтекал гигиенический душ, но для нас это было не так важно, так как в отеле мы только спали.

الغرفة اللي أخذتها رقم ٣٠٤ وما كان فيها تكييف شغال. لما حاولت أغير الغرفة رفضت موظفة الاستقبال بحجة ما عندهم غرف فاضية. قلتلها شوفوا لي حل قالتلي بكرة يجي الكهربائي ونشوف، يعني أنام في الحر! أنصح ما أحد يسكن في هذا الفندق. سيء جداً ونجمة واحدة ما يستاهل.

The hotel is decent and you can stay there without concerns, but there's room for improvement. The cleanliness is impressive; it was spotless when we arrived and remained that way, even though they cleaned our room only once in four days. Our suite matched the photos, stocked with water, teabags, and everything worked perfectly with no issues. The staff are friendly and helpful, we faced no problems. The location is outside the historical center, which was fine for us, but it's not within walking distance to attractions or restaurants—you'll need a taxi or car for every outing. The Wi-Fi was poor, often disconnected, and slow when it worked, which is problematic for those who work remotely. More comfortable seating and a larger table would help as well. The breakfast was minimal, offering just eggs, a few vegetables, bread, tea, coffee, and juice—a bit more variety is needed. The shower's water temperature fluctuated unpredictably from boiling hot to cold, making it hard to control, though the bathtub itself was pleasant.

The hotel was wonderful, and I truly enjoyed every aspect of it. The staff's hospitality was top-notch, and the breakfasts in the morning were delightful. A big thank you to Ms. Qeti and Eka; their support and friendliness made my stay very pleasant.

Много раз останавливался здесь с группами, и каждый раз всё было отлично. Номера всегда очень чистые, персонал доброжелательный, тёплый и всегда готов помочь. Весь процесс проходил легко и гладко. Хотите вы приехать на пару дней или остаться надолго — всегда чувствуем себя здесь как дома. Для нас, это безусловно лучший отель в Тбилиси. Настоятельно рекомендую и обязательно вернёмся снова в ближайшее время!

Personel çok nazik ve her konuda yardımcı. Odalar son derece temiz. Kahvaltı yeterli ve genel olarak lezzetli. Tekrar kalmayı planlıyorum ve herkes için tavsiye edebilirim. Sadece otelin merkezi konumdan biraz uzakta olması küçük bir dezavantaj, ancak taksiyle hızlıca ulaşım mümkün. İlgi ve alakaları için personele teşekkür ederim.

Не рекомендую это место. Очень грязно, полная антисанитария. По комнатам бегают мыши, а постельное бельё кишит клопами.

Odalar oldukça geniş ve günlük temizlik iyi bir şekilde yapılıyor. Kahvaltı, Türk mutfağıyla kıyaslandığında biraz yetersiz fakat doyurucu. Personel son derece güler yüzlü. Tek sıkıntı otelin merkezi konumu. Yürüyerek 30 dakika, Bolt kullanarak ise 8-9 dakika sürüyor ve bu ücret 6-7 GEL.

My family and I stayed in two bedrooms from July 9th to July 16th. The location is great, and the view from our balcony in the morning was lovely. The kids really enjoyed their time at the hotel, and my young daughter was particularly fond of the breakfast. It's convenient that Carrefour is within walking distance. A special thanks goes to receptionist Katrina (Eka) for being so helpful with all our questions. I would recommend this place to anyone, especially those traveling from the Middle East. The service from the staff was exceptional. We would definitely consider staying here again when in Tbilisi. Many thanks from Umm Rehan and family.

الموقع ممكن يكون غير مثالي، بس في مطاعم حلال قريبة. تطبيق بولت رخيص، إذا حاب تروح لأي مكان، فالأسعار مناسبة. النظافة هي الأهم، والغرفة كانت نظيفة الحمد لله وفيها شطاف. الموظفين محترمين وودودين.

The hotel is newly built, offering a hearty breakfast. It was tidy and peaceful, conveniently close to the city center.

Фасад и ресепшн отеля выглядят так же, как на фотографиях на сайте. Девушки на ресепшн вежливые и приветливые. Среди плюсов — чистое постельное белье и ежедневная уборка номеров. Заселение происходит быстро. Но отель находится дальше от центра, чем указано на сайте, больше чем 2 км. Номер оказался очень тесным. Завтрак каждый день одинаковый. Были шумные, грубые и пьющие соседи, однако персонал не предпринял никаких действий, чтобы решить эту проблему.

The hotel has nice rooms and is quite new, situated in an area that's still developing. It's about a 30-minute walk from the city center. Breakfast didn't really impress me; it's not worth opting for. The fridge in the room couldn't cool below 14 degrees, so it was more like a wine cooler. We had to use the balcony overnight to keep our drinks chilled.

Останавливались с друзьями в смежных номерах 2+3, было две комнаты и два санузла. Номера чистые и ухоженные. Уборка проводилась ежедневно. Завтраки очень вкусные, формат — шведский стол. Персонал доброжелательный и вежливый.

18 квадратных метров — и это считается номером "делюкс"! Душ просто ужасен. Вода течет следующим образом: холодная, холодная, чуть теплая, кипяток, снова холодная. Такой вот цикл. Если вам хочется расслабиться после дороги, то единственное место для этого — кровать. И даже если это двуспальная кровать, на самом деле она одноместная! Завтрак очень скудный, можно было бы и лучше. Для работы телевизора пришлось подключать интернет через точку доступа на телефоне. Единственное преимущество — на ресепшене говорят по-английски. Цена явно завышена по сравнению с уровнем удовлетворенности.

الفندق نظيف والعاملون محترمون، ولكن الموقع به ضوضاء كبيرة. أصوات سيارات الشرطة والإسعاف والدراجات النارية مزعجة جداً، وهناك أيضاً القطار يمر كل ساعة مما يزيد من الإزعاج.

A comfy hotel located away from the city center. You can get to the center by bus or using Bolt, which is cheaper than Uber. Breakfast is decent, though not outstanding. They can offer a vegan option if you ask. The staff are kind, but their English skills are limited.

Прекрасное место для отдыха. Останавливаюсь здесь уже не впервые. Отель совсем новый и всегда поддерживается в чистоте. Персонал вежливый и дружелюбный. Особый респект тем, кто занимается уборкой — в номере всегда идеальная чистота, полотенца меняют ежедневно.

The hotel was decent, though the name is misleading as there isn't an actual garden. It's a good choice for those staying one night in Tbilisi, offering value for money with cleanliness and good services. Note that there is no bellboy available. The location is convenient, allowing us to reach all major tourist attractions within 15-20 minutes.

We stayed for almost 4 nights. The only positive aspect was the cleanliness of the facilities and rooms. As a new hotel, everything was in good condition, and the iron was particularly good. However, considering the price, better options are available elsewhere. The service was terrible, one of the worst I've ever encountered. From the first day, they pestered us to cancel our Booking reservation and insisted on cash payment. They also assigned us the wrong room, hoping we wouldn't notice that it was 20m² instead of 40m². Communicating in English was nearly impossible. We never felt welcome. Only at the end of our stay, the manager offered coffee to my boyfriend to "compensate" for the poor service. The staff lacked customer service skills. The receptionist was quite rude, unable to say basic greetings or courtesy words like "please" or "thank you." Initially, we only received small towels. After asking three times for regular-sized towels, I practically had to chase down the cleaning ladies for basic necessities like more toilet paper. The breakfast was mediocre, and the coffee machine was broken for three days. The location is inconvenient. Taxis are necessary for getting around, and Tbilisi's traffic makes it a waste of time to be this far from main attractions. The hotel is situated near a major avenue, so opening the balcony door brings in a lot of noise. There aren't many dining options nearby, so you'll need a taxi to get food, which often arrives cold. Some places won't even deliver to this area. Interestingly, the cleaning staff had a better sense of hospitality than the receptionists and should work at the front desk. In conclusion, avoid staying here. There are much better choices in Tbilisi with better location, service, and breakfast.

Hotel był miły. Zatrzymałem się tam tylko na jedną noc, więc nie mogę opisać nic więcej.

Остановились в этом месте во время нашего путешествия по Грузии. Всё казалось отличным: новый отель, чистые номера, чайник, чай, кофе, балкон. Однако такие впечатления быстро улетучились. Планировали провести несколько ночей, но по прибытии выяснили, что в отеле нет ни холодной, ни горячей воды. Позвонили на ресепшен, нам сказали, что проблема будет решена к 20:00. К сожалению, вода не появилась и на следующий день. После завтрака мы сняли бронь и уехали. Ночью нам, правда, дали 5-литровую бутыль холодной воды, но этого недостаточно, чтобы освежиться после дороги. Более того, с нас сняли полную сумму за ночёвку, без скидок и компенсаций. Персонал днём был не особо любезен, я бы даже сказала, что они вели себя грубо. Возврат средств за оставшиеся дни прошёл без проблем и деньги вернулись на счёт в ближайший рабочий день.

Fantastic place, welcoming team, great value, conveniently located near the airport and city center.

This new hotel leaves much to be desired. The staff is unfriendly and their responses are often rude and terse. There's no housekeeping service. Basic amenities like a blanket, hot water, and a dental kit are missing in the room. There's no kitchen, so you can't order any food. I suggest looking elsewhere, as there are better options in Tbilisi in the same price range and area.

خدمة الفندق سيئة والتعامل مع السياح سيء جدًا. حقيبة أختي انسرقت ولم يفعلوا أي شيء يُذكر، بل لم يعتذروا أو يظهروا أي اهتمام. لا أنصح بالحجز فيه أبدًا 👎👎👎.

Замечательное место с невероятно приветливым персоналом и разнообразными завтраками в формате шведского стола. Комнаты чистые и уютные, утром в них темно, что особенно удобно для любителей поспать подольше. 💸 Бюджетным путешественникам будет приятно узнать, что пользователи Booking уровня genius 3 получают дополнительные скидки, иначе цена за ночь может быть чуть выше. 👸🤴 Для привередливых гостей — удобная кровать с шикарным изголовьем и обои на стенах; в ванной есть всё необходимое, включая бальзам для волос. К нашему дню рождения нам подарили бутылку 🍷 вина! Прекрасный комплимент от персонала! ❤️❤️❤️
