The staff are wonderful and respond quickly to any issues. The rooms are pleasant and spotless. I was there with my toddler and felt at ease.

Good hotel, with clean rooms. Breakfast is lacking, but the front desk staff is friendly. The breakfast staff, however, isn't as welcoming. Gym is small but decent. There's a medium-sized swimming pool with a shower. A mini market is very close by. Despite being far from other markets, I would stay here again. 🌸🌸

Это унизительно, когда тебя видят в таком состоянии: голым после душа. Здесь вас не защитят ни личное пространство, ни права, так что даже не думайте сюда приезжать! Менеджер, вместо того чтобы извиниться, пытался обвинить нас в случившемся. Эта женщина отвратительная и циничная. 🤮🤮🤮 Они с нас всё равно взяли деньги и даже не подумали о компенсации, хотя это была их вина! Никогда здесь не останавливайтесь! 🤮🤮🤮

Прожил в этом отеле почти полтора месяца и очень доволен. Персонал и руководство проявляют себя с лучшей стороны, а за те деньги, которые я плачу, получил хорошие условия. Здесь очень чисто. Лично благодарю руководство и сотрудников отеля.

My stay was great. The room was spotless and cozy, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and supportive. The peaceful surroundings and top-notch facilities added to the experience. It's a perfect place for a calm getaway. Plus, it's conveniently near many restaurants, a large shopping center, and Lisi Lake.

- Кондиционер сильно накапливал влагу и требовал ежедневного слива. Иначе охлаждение прекращалось к полуночи. - Завтрак не соответствовал уровню 4-звездочного отеля. - Бассейн был маленьким и без водного фильтра. - Обслуживание в ванной комнате было неудовлетворительным, заправляли только дважды за семь бронирований. - Персоналу было трудно общаться на английском, так что лучше пользоваться Google Maps для поиска мест. - Приложение Bolt оказалось самым удобным для вызова такси с выбором типа автомобиля. - Зарядка карточки на автобус была достаточной на каждые два дня по 1 лари на человека.

Absolutely terrible staff. Strange odor everywhere. Sheets were dirty. Unfriendly, rude, ignorant, and inattentive to everyone.

Отличный отель с превосходным обслуживанием. Современные, чистые и просторные номера. Есть бассейн, спа и тренажерный зал. Расположен в удобном месте на въезде в город. Управляющая отеля, Нетиа, просто чудесная женщина и всегда готова помочь с любым вопросом. Удобная подземная парковка и рядом супермаркет, работающий круглосуточно. Рекомендую.

Номера холодные, несмотря на то что на улице всего -2 градуса. Выбрал это место из-за удобного расположения рядом с клиентом. Цена и предлагаемые услуги, в принципе, соответствуют друг другу. Но адрес указан неправильно, такси привезло не туда и пришлось искать вход. Ночью ресепшен долго не реагировал на звонок. Завтраки не впечатлили, шведским столом это трудно назвать.

The rooms are pleasant, equipped with a hairdryer, towels, toiletries, and slippers. They are cozy and clean. The air conditioning in our room worked without any issues. There's a bus stop and a shop very close to the hotel.

Удобства выглядят нормально. Хотел забронировать на несколько ночей, но тут возникла проблема. Проверил цену на booking: 139 лари за ночь для троих. Когда спросил цену, она сказала 174. Показал ей цену с booking, она разозлилась и сразу пошла к начальнику менять цену. Я просто честно показал ей доступную мне стоимость и хотел забронировать напрямую. В итоге начальник поменял цену, и я не смог забронировать. Был шокирован её реакцией и просто ушел.

The pool is much smaller than it looks in the photos, which were clearly taken with a fisheye lens. The service is terrible! The staff can't answer questions properly and aren't willing to help at all. The saunas are not operational. The air conditioner by the pool is broken.

A decent hotel for a night. The room was nice, and the breakfast in the morning was pleasant. However, there were no toothbrushes or disposable slippers provided.

The hotel entrance looks nice, but that's where the positives end. Our rooms were cramped, with a dirty bathroom that had hair in it. The mattress was outdated, and the bedsheets had holes. I strongly advise against staying here. The staff couldn't care less about the guests.

Rooms were dirty and neglected. Lack of staff and terrible service. Breakfast was below average.

The breakfast was practically the same each day. If you arrive at the restaurant after 10 o'clock, there's hardly anything left as they stop replenishing. They don't have black tea. Cleaning happened at different times daily, and it was just a quick change of towels, bed-making, and trash removal. We even ran out of toilet paper at one point and were told by reception to buy our own. The pool was closed throughout our entire stay of seven days, so don't count on using it. The hotel is quite far from everything. Only a few people at the reception spoke broken English, making communication tough. The fridge in our room didn’t cool properly, staying warm instead of cold, but the reception insisted it was at the normal temperature.

Провели почти 4/5 дней в этом месте. Грустно осознавать, что это якобы 4-звездочный отель, как нас уверял агент. Здесь нет ни посыльного, ни обслуживание номеров. Иногда можно встретить администратора. Отель далеко от центра города. Если ваш туроператор бронирует этот отель, лучше попросите заменить его на другой, поближе к центру, чтобы было удобнее для шопинга или походов в рестораны. Особое внимание стоит уделить безопасности ценных вещей: даже в закрытой комнате нет никакой гарантии их сохранности, камеры видеонаблюдения покрывают не все комнаты и коридоры. Номера и ванные очень маленькие, горячая вода и душевой шланг всё же есть. Завтрак нормальный, но только на уровне среднего, и персонал там тоже без особого восторга. Лично я не рекомендую, но выбирать вам. Если решите остаться, делаете это на свой страх и риск.

Overall, a great stay. The staff were kind and approachable. The gym is spacious and equipped with modern machines, offering plenty of options. Some of the employees don't speak English, which can complicate communication a bit. Otherwise, we were very satisfied with the room. The bed was comfortable, and the room, including the bathroom, was spotless and pleasant. There was enough space, and it had a working desk. All this for a reasonable price of about $50 per night. The gym and cleanliness are particular highlights for me, as I find them very important. The value for money is excellent. 👍💪

My stay at this hotel was truly disappointing. Your valuables are not secure as housekeeping enters the room without permission. The room was extremely small, and the fridge was broken. It is located far from the city, with no nearby restaurants. Definitely not recommended.

We spent nearly a week here, and everything was great. The staff is friendly, and the breakfast was excellent. They offered a variety of dishes on different days, which was nice. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the bathroom was spotless. The only downside might be the distance from the city center, but you can easily take a taxi. If needed, the reception can order a Yandex (Uber) for you.
