非常棒的住宿体验，老板也特别好。酒店设施干净整洁，让人感到舒适。我离开去卡兹别吉的时候，老板很乐意帮我暂存行李。在第比利斯住过的酒店中，这里性价比最高。希望老板生意兴隆。

The hosts are incredibly friendly and helpful, the warm atmosphere is everywhere. We stayed for 2 nights, everything was spotless, and the location is great. I would love to return someday.

Посещали этот отель в начале марта 2025 года. Очень довольны. Расположение отличное, практически в центре, можно дойти пешком до всего. Атмосфера комфортная, чисто и со вкусом. Хозяева приветливые и отзывчивые. Завтраки всегда свежие и сытные, что нас очень порадовало. На крыше есть большая терраса — нам очень понравилась. Если снова поедем в Тбилиси, выберем этот отель.

Отличное место с очень любезными владельцами! Провела здесь время с удовольствием. Очень уютно! Владельцы с большим теплом относятся к гостям. Плюс, всего в паре шагов от метро и отличное расположение в городе.

The hotel was spotless and the room was spacious. The location is convenient, close to MS Rustaveli and the Matsiminda Cable Car. Our tour guide could easily pick us up and drop us off with less traffic than in the old city. Mr. Fedor was incredibly kind and hospitable, preparing delicious breakfasts for us daily. He also provided us with Metro and Cable Car cards. Despite being near the road, it was quiet inside the hotel. If we return to Georgia, we would choose this hotel again. 🇵🇭

Our 5-day trip to Georgia was fantastic. Mr. Fedor gave us a warm welcome, and his friendliness and helpfulness stood out. The breakfast and coffee were delightful too.

Otel metroya sadece 5 dakika uzaklıkta bulunuyor. Rustavelli Caddesi boyunca birçok yere yürüyerek ulaşabildik. Odalar temizdi, çarşaflar ve tuvalet düzenliydi. Ancak yastıklar ve yatak pek rahat değildi. Otel sahibi ise ilgili ve saygılı yaklaşıyordu.

The location was perfect. Our room was immaculate and equipped with everything we needed. The morning coffee was a lovely touch. We enjoyed every aspect of our stay. In the evenings, we relaxed on the terrace and took in the view. It was peaceful and very soothing. Fedor is genuinely welcoming. If we return to Tbilisi, this is where we'll stay and what we’ll recommend! <3

Это замечательное место для отдыха. Владельцы очень доброжелательные и всегда готовы помочь с советами для путешественников. Отличный кофе каждое утро и приятная зона с камином для отдыха. Расположение удобное — рядом метро и можно легко дойти пешком до старого города.

Is there a microwave available for guests? I would like to know if we can warm up any leftover food.

The accommodation is nice, but you need to walk 10 to 15 minutes to reach anything as there are no shops close by. It's very near the Giant Bicycle monument.

Уютный новый отель в самом центре Тбилиси. До метро Руставели всего две минуты пешком. Рядом есть абсолютно все, что нужно. Номера комфортные и оснащены всем необходимым. По утрам можно насладиться кофе. Приятная общая зона с камином. Хозяева очень дружелюбные. Цены просто отличные. В номере предусмотрены чайник, чай, чашки, холодильник, кондиционер и тапочки. А в качестве бонуса — замечательная крыша с видом на город.

This hotel feels brand new. The interiors are perfect for Instagram, and the rooms are spotlessly clean. The young hosts are very welcoming. You can relax with a cup of tea or freshly brewed coffee by the fireplace in the lounge, work at a desk in your room, or easily reach any popular location in Tbilisi for just $2, thanks to its great location. Overall, if you can't find a room at the Radisson and there's availability here, don't think twice about booking.

The rooms are clean and pleasant, and the area is quiet, making it easy to access city attractions. The staff are very nice and kind, always offering hot coffee in the mornings and checking if you need anything. I really enjoyed my one-week stay, especially with the view of the green park from my room. Having a refrigerator was great because I could keep my own breakfast and drinks. I hope to return.
