Doors Hotel

This hotel was clean, which is always nice. The internet was fast and reliable. However, there were several major issues. Nobody helped with our luggage when we arrived, which was disappointing. The room claimed to have a balcony, but it was so tiny it was pretty much useless. The pillows were hard and uncomfortable, and there were no bedside lamps, which made the room feel less cozy. There was also no wardrobe for hanging clothes and no safe for valuables. There was only one mirror, inconveniently located on the bathroom door. Breakfast was basic and needs improvement. On the bright side, the young lady at the front desk was very helpful and polite. Despite some positives, the overall experience was negative due to numerous shortcomings.

Nice place, but I had a strange feeling of being pursued by something.

The location might seem a bit out of the way, but the spacious room and the nice view from the balcony more than compensate for it. Breakfast is included, and the bathroom with a tub is a wonderful touch. I also really appreciated having a small fridge in the room.

This place is nowhere near a 3-star hotel. Sleeping on bedsheets that smell was awful. We had to go downstairs for anything missing in the room since there was no phone to call room service or reception. The first night was a nightmare with insects in the room. I had to find another hotel because there was no refund policy, despite the disastrous first two days. The last two days, there was no housekeeping at all, and the towels weren't replaced.

Честно говоря, место чистое и классное. Провел там две приятные ночи. Все новенькое, мебель чистая. Балкон и вид тоже радуют. Спокойно вернусь сюда еще раз. Есть биде и кондиционер. Семья, управляющая местом, очень дружелюбная. Но завтрак не особенно разнообразный и может не подойти многим арабам. Расположение — рядом с аэропортом, но находится внутри квартала. Близко есть супермаркет, работающий круглосуточно.

На первой поездке в Грузию был с семьей — трое детей, сестра и мама. Всë впечатлило. Отель чистейший, везде красивые украшения, завтрак вкусный. Особенно порадовали тишина и безопасность. Управляющий — профессионал и остаëтся скромным человеком. Персонал доброжелательный, улыбчивый и всегда готов помочь. Обязательно вернусь сюда снова, когда поеду в Тбилиси.

The service was excellent, and the staff at the reception were always ready to assist with any requests. The rooms were immaculate and inviting. The location was a big plus, being in close proximity to a metro station, which made it easy to reach the main attractions in the city.

Our experience was wonderful — the room was clean and spacious, featuring charming details like a magnet on the balcony door and a mosquito net on the window. Breakfast was simple yet delicious, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The only minor drawback is the location, which is a bit removed from the busy areas, but considering the price, it's easily manageable. Thank you! 🖤

Отличный небольшой отель, людей немного. Разместились с тремя детьми в номере с одной большой и двумя односпальными кроватями. Еда хорошая. Локация не самая удобная, но если на машине — нормально. Машину удалось припарковать прямо у входа. Завтраки достойные. Соотношение цена-качество идеальное.

The hotel was really clean and maintained a high standard. For the price, I got more than expected. The breakfast was simple, yet delicious. It takes around 8 minutes to walk to the metro station.

Номера в отеле новые и очень комфортные. Расположен в удачном месте, всего три остановки на метро до площади Свободы. Завтраки радуют разнообразием и вкусом. Персонал доброжелательный.

Внутри отель выглядит неплохо, чисто, но с шумоизоляцией просто беда. Локация тоже не самая удачная, но это еще можно пережить. Я заплатил за 4 дня, но уехал на сутки раньше. Пытался вернуть деньги за один день, но менеджер только искал отговорки. Я не стал спорить и просто уехал. Претендовать не буду, но оценка заслуженная — сюда больше ни ногой. Никому его не рекомендую.

This was the worst hotel experience ever. The rooms were tiny and smelled bad. The bathroom leaked all over the floor, soaking our clothes and towels. The food was so terrible that prison meals would be an upgrade. We arrived at 1 am and paid for five days, but when we wanted to cancel in the morning, they wouldn't give us a full refund. After an hour of arguing, they agreed to refund less than half. I will never forget this and will never return to this hotel.

This was one of the nicest places I've stayed at. If you're looking for a tidy and spotless hotel rather than a luxurious one, this is definitely the place to choose. The housekeeping staff and others were incredibly kind, patient, and extremely meticulous. I highly recommend it; while the amenities are basic, everything is thoroughly cleaned after each guest.

Номера чистые и новые, даже зимой в них тепло. Завтраки вкусные. Однако с интернетом проблемы, это настоящее неудобство. Подушки подводят, особенно для людей с проблемами шеи — они могут только обостриться. Стоит выбрать другой вариант, если это важно. В остальном, рекомендую остановиться тут. Если бы была возможность выбрать подушки и улучшить интернет, это был бы отличный вариант.
