This place is a charming, small hotel situated in a very peaceful area. It's impeccably maintained and spotless, with top-notch furnishings. Breakfast is excellent, and the bed is really comfy. The surroundings are quiet, and there's a subway station nearby. The city center is just a 20-minute walk away, and parking is available with an option to reserve.

Staying here in Tbilisi was an amazing experience. Natia, the owner, is truly exceptional — knowledgeable, a fantastic cook, and very welcoming. Every evening around 10, she’d engage us in captivating conversations and showed genuine interest in our culture. The rooms were always immaculate, and the location was ideal, close to everything. Breakfast was delicious and varied, just as you’d expect from a boutique hotel. We’d definitely stay here again! Alex and Olga from Israel.

This place is conveniently located near the Rustaveli metro station and close to Tbilisi's attractions. The service is outstanding, and the owner is incredibly friendly, providing delicious homemade breakfast. If you want a small, guest-focused hotel, I highly recommend this one.

The breakfast deserves special mention, with an amazing variety offered every day, including cutlets, pastries, cakes, cold cuts, salads, bread, honey, cereal, and more. Im September haben wir 10 Tage bei Natia verbracht und fühlten uns vom ersten Moment an wie zu Hause. Das Hotel ist klein und privat geführt, mit geschmackvoll eingerichteten Zimmern. Der persönliche Einsatz der Gastgeberin war überall spürbar. Sie hat uns jeden Wunsch von den Lippen abgelesen und täglich ein frisches, selbst zubereitetes georgisches und europäisches Frühstück serviert. Auf unsere Wünsche, wie ein früheres Frühstück, ist sie immer eingegangen und hat uns mit großer Freude bedient. Bei unserer Abreise, die in der Nacht stattfand, verabschiedete sie uns persönlich um 1:30 Uhr. Dieses Haus ist genau das Richtige für alle, die eine ruhige Idylle suchen. Wir wünschen Natia und ihrer Familie weiterhin alles Gute und viele Gäste!

Провели две ночи в этом отеле. У него просто отличное расположение: тихий переулок в центре города, всё необходимое рядом. Можно спокойно спать с открытыми окнами — нет шума. Отель небольшой и очень уютный, просто находка для любителей бутиков и авторских концепций. Интерьер наполнен интересными деталями из натуральных материалов и ручной работы. Хозяйка Натия — просто чудо, всегда готова встретить гостей в любое время суток и радовать вкусными завтраками с самого утра. Завтраки превосходные: молоко и сыры со своей мини-фермы, домашние варенья и свежая выпечка, которая каждый день разная. Всё приготовлено с душой и любовью. Идеально! 🧡

Charming little family-run hotel. The owner is very attentive to details and wakes up early to prepare a delicious and abundant breakfast buffet. The room was roomy, comfortable, and spotless. The shower worked great without splashing everywhere. The bed was large and very comfortable, with two pillows per person: one thin and one thick. It felt just like being in a luxury hotel but with the warmth and attention of a family place. Located on a quiet side street with parking available in front of the hotel. It’s just a short walk to the Rustaveli Metro station (they even provided us with a Metro card, although you can use a credit card too). The old town is only a 15-20 minute walk away. Excellent value for money, highly recommended! 5+ stars.

My girlfriend and I were thoroughly impressed with this hotel. Everything here earned 5 stars. The location is excellent, very close to Rustaveli Avenue and a key bridge to the Left Embankment. The service was top-notch, especially the breakfast, which offered a great variety and high quality. The chocolate cake and cheesecake were particularly delightful. Our room was spacious, featuring a large double bed, and it was very quiet. The staff were both friendly and professional. Staying here really enhanced our trip to Tbilisi, and we are sure to return!

The hotel was ideal for our stay. The location couldn't be better, and the rooms have a unique charm that we really enjoyed. The standout feature, though, is the friendly owner. She is incredibly polite and helpful with everything. Plus, she personally prepares all the breakfasts, including the homemade cheeses and honey, which was a delightful surprise. She was always ready to answer any questions and assisted us in planning our trip around Georgia.

Свежий ремонт, все в отличном состоянии. У каждого номера свой стиль. Мы остановились в просторной комнате 204 с видом на улицу и большой ванной с окнами. Уровень чистоты на высоте, хорошая сантехника и напор воды, индивидуальные кондиционеры с функцией обогрева, стабильный интернет на 27 Мб/сек. Завтраки очень вкусные и разнообразные, с холодными и горячими блюдами. Каждый день что-то новое: котлеты, омлет, яичница, кебаб, каши, сосиски. Всегда разные сыры и колбасы, творог, сметана и прочее. Самое ценное в этом месте — его хозяйка Натия. Такого искреннего гостеприимства и желания помочь давно нигде не встречали. Большое спасибо! Стоит учитывать, что все комнаты расположены на втором и третьем этажах, лифта нет, так что для людей с ограниченной мобильностью это место может не подойти.

I discovered this hotel with great rates. Initially, I had a few reservations, but my stay was truly exceptional. It’s rare that I want to return to the same place! Everything was spot on: the staff, the room, the amenities, the atmosphere, the location, and the price! The breakfast was homemade and delicious. I’m not exaggerating, it’s really a fantastic choice!

Die Zimmer sind schön groß. Die Gastgeberin ist unglaublich freundlich. Die Lage ist ruhig, und Fußgänger können viel erreichen. Auch die Metro ist sehr nahe. Das Frühstück war sehr schön angerichtet. Wenn man einen Parkplatz braucht, sollte man vorher Bescheid geben, dann wird ein Platz vor dem Hotel freigemacht.

Прекрасное место в сердце города. Вокруг много кафе, ресторанов, торговых центров и станция метро. Отель находится в тихом месте, поэтому ночью спокойно, нет шума от машин. Нас радушно встретила владелица, заселение прошло без проблем, несмотря на позднее время. Просторные номера, оборудованы всем необходимым: фен, халаты, тапочки и полотенца. Также есть мини-бар по адекватным ценам и сейф для ценностей. Большой шкаф вмещает весь багаж. Кровать невероятно удобная, а в комнате комфортная температура. Окно можно открыть, есть москитные сетки. Уборка ежедневно, если потребуется. В отеле предлагают завтрак, но мы брали номер без него, потому что любим поспать подольше. Опция кофе и чая за дополнительную плату есть на ресепшене, также можно заказать вино. Выезд до полудня, и нам разрешили оставить багаж после выезда, чтобы свободно прогуляться по городу. Это было очень кстати. Вернувшись, выпили кофе перед поездкой. Все прошло замечательно. Настоятельно рекомендую этот отель, непременно снова здесь остановимся. A lovely property in the center of Tbilisi. Natya makes you feel like you're visiting her home. Enjoy fresh homemade breakfasts. Spacious rooms and a very accommodating host.

The location is rated low because the roads in Georgia are known to be rocky and steep. However, the hotel itself is excellent. There is no elevator, but the service is amazing, it's like Cinderella is at your service. For a price of 60,000 won, both the service and the rooms are impressive — even better than some hotels. It's best to take a taxi to get there.

До проспекта Руставели всего три минуты. Везде поддерживается чистота. Кровати удобные, на каждого по две подушки — мягкая и более жёсткая. Завтрак радует разнообразием: мясные и сырные нарезки, салаты, кебаб, омлет, свежие овощи, выпечка, кексы, творог и сметана. Кофе и чай также входят. Недостатки: в здании несколько этажей, но лифта нет. Звукоизоляция дверей и окон оставляет желать лучшего — слышно даже музыку из соседнего дома, особенно когда она играла ночью. На втором этаже справа стоило бы почистить или заменить лейку тропического душа. В целом, маленький уютный отель с доброжелательной атмосферой и до главной улицы совсем близко.

This place is centrally located and has a cozy atmosphere. The breakfast is tasty, and even our special requests were accommodated by the host. The host is lovely and very helpful, assisting us with purchasing opera tickets at a discount, and the seats turned out to be excellent.

The hotel offers a blend of affordable luxury, friendly professional service, and a fantastic location just steps from Rustaveli Metro. The building, a charming old townhouse, was renovated in 2018, beautifully restoring its facade and common areas. Each of the 8 rooms is unique, with some featuring a contemporary style and others a more traditional look with handcrafted oak panels. The furnishings are complete with high-end fixtures. Everything is spotless, from the rooms to the shared spaces. The 24-hour reception is great for those early morning flights in and out of Tbilisi. The staff speaks multiple languages, including French, English, Georgian, and Russian. The breakfast buffet is a highlight, featuring products from Natia's family farm. Enjoy organic goodies like their own honey, fresh cream, cottage cheese, homemade sulguni and imereti cheeses, fresh salads, homemade jams, apple juice, and a variety of fresh pastries and cakes. Special thanks to Irma at the reception and to Natia for her warm hospitality during my four-day stay. This hotel is my go-to choice in Tbilisi and my first recommendation to friends and family. Truly a home away from home, a peaceful retreat in the city.

Absolutely dreadful. The hygiene standards are shocking. The hotel's cleanliness is appalling. We received towels that had clearly been used before. Hair strands were found in the food during breakfast, making the whole experience beyond disgusting. Seriously consider your options before booking a stay here.

Fantastic stay! The host was amazing! Rooms were spotless and very comfortable. The location is excellent, right next to the main street and the Metro. It's a three-story hotel without an elevator, but we didn't mind. Plenty of great restaurants and cafes nearby. Looks exactly like the pictures. Highly recommended!

Le meilleur endroit où nous avons séjourné en Géorgie. Ayant mentionné notre lune de miel, le personnel avait organisé un accueil extrêmement chaleureux, ce qui nous a beaucoup touchés. La chambre était impeccable, le lit douillet, et tout était propre et lumineux.

The owner is incredibly hospitable and even saw us off with a warm farewell. While it's not a luxury brand like Radisson or Marriott, the hotel provides a cozy, homey atmosphere with reliable Wi-Fi and essential amenities. Hot water is available around the clock. The wonderful experience my wife and I had during our trip to Georgia is beyond words. We will surely return to this hotel if our travels bring us back to explore more of Georgia.

Прекрасный небольшой отель с восьмью номерами в центре Тбилиси. Завтраки — просто сказочные: хозяйка готовит сама, все продукты свежие, с семейной фермы, включая сыр и мед. Хозяйка Натия — очень внимательная и заботливая, помогает с любыми вопросами, говорит на английском и русском, всегда даст ценный совет, будь то ресторан или прогулка по городу. Расположение — идеальное: всего 2 минуты до проспекта Руставели, но в тихом проулке. Атмосфера невероятная: однажды кто-то виртуозно играл на пианино в соседнем доме. Место создаёт невероятно тёплое впечатление. Обязательно вернёмся сюда при следующем визите в Тбилиси. Единственный минус — здесь так хорошо, что не хочется выходить из номера и исследовать город!
