Отель очень красивый, с продуманным дизайном и отличным оформлением. Невероятно приятное место для отдыха и удовольствия.

Unser Aufenthalt war fantastisch. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und unglaublich hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer waren sauber und modern gestaltet. Die Betten waren groß und sehr bequem. Alles war großartig.

Приятный отель с отличным расположением. Номера стильные и чистые. Персонал очень внимательный и заботливый. Завтрак разнообразный, есть шампанское. Немного разочаровал душ и качество еды в ресторане.

Номера с королевскими кроватями очень просторные, есть балкон — идеальный выбор для курящих. В других номерах окна открываются для вентиляции, и курить нельзя, придется спускаться в лобби. Завтрак вкусный, сытный и разнообразный. Номера чистые и современные. Отель расположен в самом центре города, все в пешей доступности. Вокруг много атмосферных винных магазинов, мест, где можно поесть гамбургер или мороженое, а также выпить пива. Персонал очень внимательный и всегда готов помочь.

An amazing experience. We were allowed to check in early, and they even offered to pack breakfast since our flight was early in the morning. The location is perfect, and the rooms were fantastic. Couldn't have asked for a better stay, and the value was excellent.

I visited this place a few years back and it left a lasting impression. I've booked it again for my trip in April. Don’t pay attention to the negative reviews; they seem odd to me. I also adored the hotel’s retro style.

The hotel has a very central location, making it easy to walk to all the main attractions. There are many restaurants nearby, and the largest Carrefour in Tbilisi is just around the corner. The staff is friendly and attentive to our needs. Most of them have a basic understanding of English, which was helpful. The breakfast offered a decent variety. The rooms were clean, tidy, and well-equipped. We visited during the Christmas and New Year's season, and the area was beautifully decorated with a charming Christmas market just in front of the hotel. We really enjoyed our time here so much that we decided to extend our stay. We experienced both the Small Double Room and the King Room in the same week, and each stay was pleasant. This boutique hotel truly lives up to its high rating in every way.

Kahvaltıları oldukça iyi ve waffle'ı tatmanızı öneririm. Tiflis'te kendinizi evinizde hissedeceğiniz bir adres. Tekrar gitsem, kesinlikle yine burada kalırım.

C'è un bancomat e un grande supermercato vicinissimo. I taxi arrivano molto vicino nonostante la zona pedonale, e il traffico non è fastidioso. La nostra camera, numero 305, era impeccabile, arredata con gusto e pulitissima. Si nota che è un boutique hotel per l'attenzione ai dettagli. La colazione era eccellente con una scelta variegata di dolci e salati. Il personale è incredibile: gentile, competente e sempre pronto ad aiutare. Le ragazze della reception e il barista erano particolarmente attenti. La pulizia era davvero impeccabile! Abbiamo soggiornato qui sia all'inizio del nostro viaggio che al ritorno, e siamo rimasti sempre molto soddisfatti. Accoglienza impeccabile, meritate cinque stelle! 💫

Из минусов — отсутствуют шторы блэкаут, из-за чего может быть слишком светло для сна, и поскольку шумоизоляция не предусмотрена, иногда доносится уличный шум.

My family and I stayed for two nights and would gladly recommend it to fellow travelers. We booked two rooms—a spacious and well-designed suite, and a smaller two-bed room for the kids. Although the kids' room was compact and lacked a view, it was still adequate for the rate. The exceptional part was the staff, particularly Ana at the front desk, who went above and beyond by catching up with us to return items we left behind. They were also consistently helpful with our questions, even when they had to dig a bit for answers. The main downside was the chairs in the breakfast and dining area. The metal backs were quite uncomfortable. Nonetheless, with its prime location near attractions like the old town, museums, and various dining options, it’s an excellent choice for visitors to Tbilisi.

Located on a pedestrian street in the center of Tbilisi, the entire old town and main attractions are within walking distance. The highlight is the impeccable service, with staff who are both friendly and attentive. The breakfast is sumptuous. The room is spacious and quiet.

Fantastic boutique hotel located close to the Tbilisi flower market. The hotel boasts excellent design and a wonderful, friendly staff that assists with booking and reception. We were pleasantly surprised by an early check-in to our room. The hotel’s location is superb, just a 5-minute walk to the dry bridge market and the other side of the river. Liberty Square, Galleria Mall, and many old town attractions are only a 10-minute walk away. They clean the rooms daily with a cheerful attitude. The room views are simply stunning. Though we didn’t originally book breakfast with our room, Ana-Ancha kindly invited us to breakfast on our check-out day, which was very generous. The breakfast was delicious and offered something for everyone. Huge thanks to everyone, and we will definitely return on our next visit to Tbilisi. ✌🏼❤

Booking our stay was just the beginning of a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, assisting us with our travel plans throughout. Although we didn’t catch everyone’s name, the girl who checked us in and out was a delight, surprising us with a birthday cake in our room. Another staff member with bright hair was very attentive, even offering us a breakfast box for our departure day, a kind gesture even though we didn't end up needing it. The room itself was spotless, comfortable, and had a stylish design. Breakfast was plentiful, offering a wide selection of both local and international dishes. Everything was just perfect, and we highly recommend staying here. If we return to Georgia, we will definitely come back!

Just a note: because it's in a pedestrian zone, you can't park directly at the hotel entrance, but the main road is only a short walk away.

Çalışanlar gerçekten nazikti ve doğum günümüzde özel bir jestle bizi mutlu ettiler. Otelin konumu oldukça merkezi, odaların tasarımı ise çok çekici. Temizlik konusunda hiçbir sıkıntı yaşamadık. Kahvaltı biraz daha geliştirilse iyi olurdu ama genel olarak çok özenliydi. Tüm ekibe teşekkür ediyoruz!

The team was very responsive to my emails even before we arrived, leaving a great first impression. Although I worried about not being greeted upon arrival, a young man with a warm smile met us immediately, as if expecting us. He handled the check-in quickly, and we went straight to a clean, well-prepared room. After a refreshing shower, we slept for most of the day. At noon, we got a surprise cake for our first anniversary, making us feel truly special. The housekeeping team cleaned our room daily, and the breakfast staff greeted us warmly each morning. I highly recommend trying their special omelette—it's delicious. The front desk was always ready to assist with directions and any questions we had. I would definitely stay here again! The only thing I would suggest is adding a room service menu, as late-night food options were limited between 11 pm and 4 am. We had to order food from outside due to the time difference adjustment making us hungry at night, and the lobby restaurant was closed. But this is a minor issue. Overall, we had a wonderful stay.

Breakfast was a delightful surprise with a wide range of options like cheeses, eggs, salads, salmon, cereals, bread, coffee, tea, chia seeds, fruits, honey, chocolate, and jams. Highly recommended! Нас тепло встретили, несмотря на позднее время. Отель новый и стильный, в ретро-дизайне с интересными цветами. Номер простой, но удобный. Матрас жесткий, что нам понравилось. В ванной комнате душ, не хватает полки для средств, так что пришлось хранить их в основном шкафу вне ванной, для нас это было не особо неудобно. Завтраки с 8 до 11 утра, что немного поздновато для меня. Персонал очень вежлив и готов помочь с любыми вопросами или дать рекомендации по ресторанам и барам. Точно вернёмся и уже рекомендовали друзьям. Определенно стоящий выбор по цене и расположению. Рекомендую!

Замечательное место! Останавливались с друзьями с 27 марта по 01 апреля 2023 года. Сервис на высоте: полотенца меняли каждый день, завтрак был отличный. Перед отъездом нам выдали пакетики с сухим завтраком, соком, йогуртом и водой. В каждом был открытка с благодарностью за выбор отеля, написанная от руки. Впечатления остались исключительно положительные. Расположение в центре города позволяет легко добираться до всех достопримечательностей. Весь персонал говорит на английском, а некоторые — на русском. Единственный минус — различие в размерах номеров: у друзей номер был больше и с хорошим зеркалом в шкафу, у нас зеркало было только в ванной и небольшое. Но это не испортило впечатления от отличного сервиса.

Это один из лучших отелей, которые мне довелось посетить. Персонал невероятно внимательный и заботливый. Мы приезжали в Тбилиси на свадьбу, и их поддержка сделала наше пребывание еще приятнее. Номера впечатляют своей красотой, завтрак великолепен, а расположение — просто идеальное. Особенно хочу отметить управляющего, менеджера Анну и официантку Елену за их заботу и гостеприимство.
