Wonderful.

We really enjoyed our 3 nights here. Great reception staff and we had a lovely suite on the top floor with a balcony overlooking Tbilisi. The room was exceedingly comfortable with everything you could need, including a coffee machine. Breakfast was an excellent buffet, really efficient staff.

Завтрак был отличным, с большим выбором блюд и напитков. Бассейн на крыше был просто потрясающим - я провел там много времени, наслаждаясь видом на город и отдыхая после прогулок.

Шумоизоляция в этом месте оставляет желать лучшего. В номерах и в отеле в целом присутствует определенная грязь. Несмотря на это, персонал заслуживает положительной оценки за свою доброжелательность и отзывчивость. Завтрак также заслуживает положительного отзыва, однако общий уровень отеля, возможно, несколько уступает четверке, оставаясь на уровне хорошей тройки. Несмотря на недостатки, стоит отметить удобные матрасы и отличную работу кондиционера. Для ночевки это может быть отличным вариантом!

Отель, который мы любим! Великолепное расположение, прекрасный интерьер и обслуживание. В номерах чисто и светло. Особенно впечатляет панорамный ресторан на верхнем этаже!

Я оказался волшебным миром грузинской культуры, исследуя удивительный город Батуми. Здесь располагаются великолепные отели в центре Батуми, где я ощутил атмосферу гостеприимства и комфорта. Великолепный вид на Черное море и запахи великолепной грузинской кухни сделали мое пребывание в Батуми незабываемым.

На пути своего культурного исследования, я наткнулся на богатое наследие Грузии. Мне удивительно интересно было посещать местные музеи, где я смог узнать о богатой истории и традициях этой удивительной страны. Кроме того, меня очаровала гастросцена Грузии, и я насладился ужином в ресторанах, где каждое блюдо было настоящим творением искусства.

It feels more like a hostel rather than a hotel. When I arrived, they informed me of this.

A lovely place with cozy, warm rooms and a tasty breakfast.

Провёл там неделю на карантине. Не понимаю положительных отзывов. Кажется, они забыли, что управляют отелем, и всё было похоже на тюрьму за 75 долларов в сутки. Еда была практически несъедобной. Люди были вынуждены находиться там 8 дней, а они даже не обеспечили элементарными вещами: один рулон туалетной бумаги на двоих, два маленьких геля для душа и шампуня на весь срок пребывания. Дали несколько ссылок на доставки продуктов и аптек, и забыли о нас на 8 дней, оставив выживать с этими приложениями. Это неприемлемо, и неудивительно, что нет потока иностранцев, работающих удалённо из Грузии. Сервис был ужасным, особенно за такие деньги по местным меркам. Это не 4 звезды, как они утверждают. В лучшем случае - 1 звезда. Если это правительственная программа, её срочно надо пересмотреть. Иностранцы не против платить больше, если это того стоит.

Great place to stay, spent my quarantine here. The hospitality was outstanding. Koka was incredibly helpful, always attentive and quick to respond. Definitely planning to come back if I'm around.

The view of the valley from this hotel is fantastic. The staff are super friendly and always ready to help, making communication a breeze. We stayed in the family room on the second floor for 9 days, and it was spacious and filled with natural light. The balconies were a nice touch. Highly recommend!

The place has a modern design and serves breakfast with delicious Georgian cheeses and jams. Though it's not in the city center, it's conveniently near a metro station. The rooms are spacious.

Все администраторы, и днём и ночью, были очень вежливы и готовы помочь, особенно Мари. Завтрак одинаковый каждый день, но вкусный. Пользователям из ОАЭ: ванных комнатах нет гигиенического душа — учтите этот момент. Также не предоставляются вода и зубная щетка, если не запросить. Сотрудники признают, что разница между этим отелем и четырёхзвёздочным в Дубае значительная, даже если у них одинаковый рейтинг. Для короткого пребывания рекомендую. Местоположение замечательное, рядом с остановками общественного транспорта.

Great place to stay, conveniently close to the subway.

Las habitaciones son impecables y cómodas, el servicio es excelente y el personal es muy amable. Totalmente recomendable. Está a un paso de las zonas turísticas. La decoración es hermosa.

The hotel is fantastic. The staff is friendly, even during busy times. I must mention the owners, who really go out of their way to engage with guests for direct feedback. The location is perfect, just minutes from cultural and historical sites. The design is unique, with trendy exterior graffiti. Rooms are spacious, clean, and have amazing views. The lobby is cozy, with pleasant music playing. There's a good selection of wine and tasty food. The meeting/conference room is comfortable. They also have strong connections with local guides and tour operators.

Small establishment located away from the city center. The service is lacking and the food is subpar. The overall experience was inconvenient. In Israel, this would be considered a hostel.

If you're fortunate, the view deserves 5 stars. For other aspects, it’s more of a 3.5.

The bathroom offers a nice shower. The lobby is welcoming, and the breakfast area provides a pleasant view. There's a good selection for breakfast. The location offers a great view, although it's not in the very center.

Уютная гостиница с замечательным видом с террасы и хорошими завтраками. Однако в номере было прохладно, и горячая вода появлялась не сразу.

Комфортное и красивое место. Комната была небольшой, но очень уютной. В ванной было холодно, если оставить дверь закрытой на ночь, поэтому на вторую ночь такого не повторяли. Завтрак отличный и разнообразный, даже чача в наличии 🍷.

Navigating to your room here might feel like a playful alphabet game. The reception is open round-the-clock, and the staff greets guests warmly and with professionalism. Room R offers a stunning view of the city, including landmarks such as Narikala Castle and Sameda Cathedral, right from the balcony. Situated next to an upcoming hotel construction, expected to be ready by 2019, the rooms themselves are well-sized with a modern bathroom featuring a trendy glass-walled shower. The minibar operates quietly in the background. Breakfast includes a diverse buffet with freshly-made omelettes, and the coffee serves as a perfect wake-up call. The hotel is close to the 300 Aragveli metro station, making it an ideal base for exploring the eastern part of Tbilisi, despite being a bit distant from the old town. The metro, just a brief walk away, connects you to Liberty Square within 20 minutes for just 1 GEL. We enjoyed a delightful dinner at a nearby riverside restaurant, where the Khvanchkara wine from Marani was a treat, even at a price of 60 GEL per bottle. For those looking to enjoy Georgian entertainment, there's a nearby restaurant with shows starting at 8 pm, but do remember to book a table in advance.

The rooms are spacious for a city hotel. Amenities include soaps, towels, a well-appointed bathroom, slippers, and basic laundry services. There’s also a mini fridge and bar. The heating system is efficient and easy to adjust. The hot shower is modern and works well.
