When we arrived, the woman at the reception said our reserved room was unavailable. Instead, we got a different room for 36 GEL, reduced by 6 GEL, but it didn’t match our booking and wasn't private as promised. After we paid and left our luggage, we returned to find the room full of the receptionist's belongings, with cat urine and feces everywhere, making the place dirty and unbearable. The horrible smell was impossible to get rid of. Contrary to what was stated on Booking, luggage storage wasn't free, and there was an extra charge. The staff, which was just one rude girl, kept half of the payment and refused to refund us. We didn’t end up staying. The location is convenient, but there is no one else to assist as she’s often not around. The service was non-existent; it’s all lies and deceit. She only cares about making more money. There are much better and cheaper places nearby. This girl makes this hostel a scam.
