Hostel "Gallary Hostel"

Le camere sono sporche e c'è un odore terribile. Il Wi-Fi non funziona. Le docce sono piene di muffa. L'unica cosa positiva è che c'è l'acqua calda.

Excellent hostel offering great value for money, with Mr. Goga at reception being a fantastic person.

We booked a deluxe room with a king-size bed, and the problems during our 3-night stay were unbelievable. We constantly faced issues with heating and hot water—if one worked, the other didn’t. There was no dishwashing soap, a horrible smell came from the bathroom, and we couldn’t open the windows without the risk of losing heating. The WiFi was unreliable, and the kitchen tap made an awful noise. Although the host was responsive, when we asked to leave our luggage after check-out, he jokingly suggested we leave a good review, so we took our bags elsewhere. I wouldn’t recommend this place due to constant issues.

The location was delightful! The owner was courteous and very accommodating. There was an issue with our reserved room, so he provided us with another one of equal quality. The rooms were tidy and comfortable. There was a quaint balcony perfect for a peaceful morning coffee. You can always ask for local recommendations and receive excellent advice. Overall, very satisfied with the stay!

Drunk Russians and noise.

Забронировали номер на четверых для меня и мужа, но по прибытии оказалось, что у нас всего лишь кровать в общей комнате. Я показала свою бронь и объяснила, что в ней не указано, что комната общая, но сотрудник ответил, что ничего сделать не может. Провела больше часа на телефоне с поддержкой Booking; они подтвердили мою правоту, но сообщили, что в гостинице заявили об отсутствии частного номера для переселения. Это была ложь, ведь я видела, что свободен студийный номер, но нам не хотели предоставить апгрейд. После трех просьб показать бронь в их системе они отказались, потому что она явно не содержала информацию об общей комнате. Я вполне лояльно отношусь к общим номерам, так как часто в них останавливаюсь, но здесь мне явно не говорили правду, и потому я не захотела оставаться. Позднее прибыло три парня из Израиля, и у них случилось то же самое. Похоже, сейчас на Booking все исправили, но наш опыт взаимодействия с персоналом оставил неприятный осадок.

Experiência horrível. Não recomendo.

A experiência foi extremamente decepcionante com um tratamento desrespeitoso. Reservei e paguei por um quarto quádruplo privado para mim e minha esposa, mas ao chegarmos, fomos informados de que o quarto era compartilhado. O Booking confirmou que eu estava com a razão e tentou resolver, mas após várias discussões, nada mudou. Os funcionários foram extremamente rudes e não mostraram preocupação ou vontade de ajudar. Ficamos um tempo na recepção sem que nos oferecessem sequer água, apesar do transtorno. Além disso, fui cobrado por uma taxa de cancelamento que só será reembolsada como crédito na plataforma. Isso é inaceitável, considerando o descaso e a falta de profissionalismo. Evitem este local se esperam que suas reservas sejam respeitadas e buscam um mínimo de cortesia.

This was the worst experience in my five years of traveling globally. We reserved a private duplex quadruple room, but they insisted it was a shared space. Even when we contacted booking, they acknowledged our issue but couldn’t resolve it. The staff treated us rudely.
