32 ლარი გადავიხადე ბავშვების სათამაშოებზე, 2 ცალი ვიყიდე. აღმოჩნდა, რომ 2 მეტრიდან არ ეკვრის, საშინელი ხარისხია. სათამაშოები გასართობად კი არა, ნერვისთვის გამოდგება. ხვალ ჩავალ და დავაბრუნებ, თუმცა ერთი ჩეკი მომცეს, მეორე - არა. საბროკერო გადახდით გადავიხადე და მაქვს გადახდის დოკუმენტი. თუ მიღებთ უკან, დამოკიდებულებას შევცვლი. სანამ რამეს გაყიდით, შეამოწმეთ. სირცხვილია ბავშვებს ატყუებთ.

The cashier at this location was the rudest I've encountered during my 5-night stay in Tbilisi. She openly complains about customers. Terrible experience.

The products are okay, but the service was terrible. I went to return malfunctioning headphones, where only one side worked, and the cashier refused a return. They offered another pair, but those didn’t work either! Neither my friend nor I wanted them anymore. The staff member seemed annoyed, and we couldn’t get a refund, so we had to buy other items. This was unexpected, as the Batumi branch seemed more professional.

The cashier was incredibly rude, especially the woman with the bruise on her lip, who kept making faces instead of talking properly. The security guard was equally intimidating and followed us around. I experienced the worst behavior from the staff. I’m never going back there.
