Musical instrument store "YAMAHA | I M T C Music"

This store kept me from spending $1000. I went there to buy a specific guitar and amp on impulse, but the staff was so rude and even argued among themselves. The atmosphere was so unpleasant that I left without purchasing anything. I was ready to buy something I couldn't find elsewhere in Tbilisi, but I walked out empty-handed because of how uncomfortable it felt.

The service has significantly improved since my previous visit.

Awful service. It seemed they only cared about money and sales while ignoring the customer. The consultant was assisting me with choosing a piano. I tried playing a few to test the keys and sound. Then someone from the first floor approached and questioned why I wanted to play one of them more than once and asked which one I had decided to buy.

**Ужасное обслуживание — избегайте этот магазин!** Мой визит в музыкальный магазин в Тбилиси был крайне разочаровывающим. Персонал оказался грубым и недоброжелательным, совершенно не заинтересованным в помощи покупателям. Вместо того чтобы помочь мне с выбором гитары, они вели себя так, будто я им мешаю. Их поведение было непрофессиональным, и в какой-то момент они даже сказали, что я должен либо купить что-то, либо покинуть магазин. Как музыкант, я ожидаю уважительного отношения при важной покупке, но здесь о клиенте явно не заботятся. Если вам важно хорошее обслуживание и дружелюбная атмосфера, настоятельно рекомендую выбрать другой магазин. Есть множество других мест, где клиентов уважают и обслуживают с доброжелательностью — это явно не одно из них.

Fantastic store with wonderful staff! Two delightful and cheerful employees let me try any instrument I was interested in for as long as I liked, and they even assisted me in tuning the guitar. Walked out with the perfect gift for the upcoming New Year. By the way, the guitars are in excellent condition. Thanks for the great service.

The staff was friendly, but I faced delays when I brought in a device for repair. It took them two hours, and they still couldn't diagnose the issue. The maintenance service was slow.

Awful service. The staff lacks expertise and constantly watches over you, pushing for a purchase. I would not recommend!

The service is absolutely terrible. The staff isn't friendly at all. They're just eager to push their products on you. I would never recommend anyone to go near this place because of their horrible attitude. There was a skinny bald guy who was extremely rude. He'd be better off working in a butcher shop. This place should be shut down by Yamaha as soon as possible. It's really no good. While I was talking to a tourist from the UK, this bald guy interrupted our conversation and rudely insisted, "Can I help you? Please buy your guitar soon; this is not a cafeteria." No wonder they have no customers.

Excellent music store.

Terrible service. The owner insists on making a purchase without allowing customers to try anything. Last time, he told me to "buy something or leave." I won't ever shop here again. Plus, it's not an official store.

The staff was welcoming. I highly recommend visiting this place over more generic stores.

Traveled all the way from the Olympic area of Tbilisi only to hear an apology for a mistake—the item they promised was in stock wasn't actually available. I contacted them twice, being very clear about the model number. It was a truly disappointing experience.

No service whatsoever.

Prices are way above Yamaha's suggested retail prices. The consultant shows little interest in customers. I question whether they are official Yamaha representatives and if their warranty support is reliable.
