The selection and the shop itself are good, but the staff only cares about clocking in and out. They don't bother with greetings or farewells, which isn't surprising. The worst part is if they're not in the mood to assist, they'll just claim they don't have the product you're looking for. However, if you look around a bit, you might find it yourself.

This place had music instruments available that I couldn't find anywhere else in Tbilisi.

This store has a great selection, probably the best around. However, the staff really lets it down. They didn't make any effort to assist us, and when we asked for help, they barely bothered. When we decided to purchase a synthesizer, they told us they were on a break and instructed us to leave and return in an hour. I won't be coming back and recommend not getting swayed by their wide assortment.

Visited the music store on Mitskevich Street in Tbilisi to buy an electric guitar as a gift. I had a bit of trouble with parking because the nearby paid lot is small, so I ended up parking about 500 meters away. Once inside, I found the store clean and welcoming. The staff were very friendly and eager to help. They showed me different guitars and even took photos of the options I was considering. Unfortunately, the specific guitar I saw on their website wasn't available in the store, which was disappointing. However, the staff was helpful, which eased my frustration a bit. Eventually, I found the same guitar at another store for a lower price. Overall, this is a good place with a nice atmosphere and excellent customer service. I'm rating it four stars due to the limited parking, outdated website info, and pricing. Improving these areas would make the shopping experience even better.

Ужасный сервис, хотя магазин выглядит внушительно, с большим выбором товаров. Но это всего лишь обман — ширпотреб. Что ни спрошу, ничего нет! Даже крохотные порошки для акустики отсутствуют, пикгард, который повсюду есть, для них новость. А когда про колки заговорил, казалось, я их удивил. Продукция откровенно хромает.

Terrible experience. The staff is loud and lazy. One of them added items to my bill that I didn't want. He refused to refund the money. It's a scam. Avoid this place.

Visited to purchase a ukulele and was really taken by the store's atmosphere. The staff were incredibly polite and spoke English, which was a big plus. They even helped me tune my ukulele. The variety of musical instruments on offer was impressive. Highly recommend this store to anyone. I’m genuinely impressed.

I was looking for a specific pair of studio monitors. The website showed them in stock, and I called the store to double-check. However, when I got there, I found out one of the monitors was broken, and they couldn't sell them. The store staff have no respect for other people's time.

Отвратительный сервис и полное отсутствие заботы о клиентах. Продавцы занимаются своими делами и не обращают внимания на покупателей. Я специально выбрал гитары на сайте, которые хотел увидеть. Приехал, а их в наличии нет. Попросил помочь продавца, показал на сайте. Он зашёл в подсобку и сразу же вышел, сказав, что не может найти. В общем, сервис оставляет желать лучшего.

Был скептически настроен из-за отзывов о сервисе и качестве инструментов, и рассматривал этот магазин как запасной вариант. Однако мои сомнения были напрасны! Купил бас-гитару. Попался отличный продавец — лысый парень с бородой, не узнал имя. Когда спросил, можно ли поговорить на русском, он ответил, что на английском будет комфортнее, и общение продолжилось. Продавец уточнил все мои пожелания, быстро подготовил инструменты и дал возможность попробовать их в деле. Те, что отсутствовали в зале, принёс со склада. Один из образцов имел шуршащие потенциометры, но мне сразу предложили другую гитару, которая оказалась без недостатков. Цены на сайте оказались более точными, чем в магазине, и продавец вместе со мной проверял стоимость инструментов. Всё прошло профессионально и комфортно, без малейшего негатива! Большое спасибо! Приобрёл Squier PJ Bass Affinity и пока доволен. Если можете, советую посетить магазин лично.
