Spent a couple of days here with family. The area is historic and a bit messy, but felt safe as we had no issues. Public transport is a short walk away, about 300 meters, and buses come often. There are various small shops within 200 meters. From the apartment, there's a breathtaking view of the city. Unfortunately, you can't park a car nearby. Rooms are tidy and roomy with a big living room and kitchen. It's peaceful and close to the vibrant city life. The owner prepares breakfast personally, and it’s a large and delicious Georgian meal. If you don’t mind walking a bit and prefer something other than a hotel, it's a great choice for starting and ending your day in Tbilisi.
