The guest house is located in a historic building, decorated with love, created the atmosphere of a Georgian house. Antique wooden furniture, a lot of well-chosen details create a unique comfort.

At the same time, everything is thought out for the convenience of guests. Wi-fi, private bathroom equipped with everything you need, washing machine, kettle, TV, air conditioning, access to the balcony.

There are a lot of greenery and flowers in the guest house. In the morning, the hostess prepares delicious breakfasts.

    Lia is an exceptional host, treating us like her own family. We were very comfortable in her home. The room was spacious and had all the amenities we needed. There was a fantastic balcony with a fridge full of water, perfect for relaxing. Breakfast was a highlight, with different Georgian dishes to try every day. I appreciate places that pay attention to details, and Lia excels at this. The location is excellent, very near Liberty Square and numerous shops. We used Bolt to get around, and it was easy to explore the city from here.
