If you are interested in living in a real Georgian courtyard in the city center, pay attention to the Marina guest house located in the city center, near developed infrastructure - shops, several cafes, two metro stations. At the same time, you can walk through the botanical garden, cross the Bridge of Peace and enter the Sioni Cathedral.
The interior is unusual, interesting - stylized like a real Georgian house - bright mats, lots of pottery, colorful authentic figurines and paintings, lots of greenery.
Cozy rooms - with air conditioning, a kettle on the table. You can drink fragrant tea and watch an interesting movie.
If you need to cook lunch, a fully equipped shared kitchen is at your service. There is a shower cabin in the bathroom, a hairdryer in the locker, and you will find toiletries on the sink.
High-speed Internet is available throughout, private parking is available for guests with a car. In the yard there is a well-groomed beautiful garden, there is a picnic area, outdoor furniture. There is a dining area, a living area with a TV.

Очень атмосферное место — сразу чувствуется, что здесь можно погрузиться в грузинский колорит, а не просто переночевать. Особенно понравилось описание двора с садом и местом для пикника — звучит уютно и домашне. Интересно, а сами хозяева принимают участие в создании этого интерьера или он оформлен дизайнером?

Marina is an excellent host, and it truly reflects in the state of the rooms. They are very cozy with plenty of added amenities for a guesthouse, like tea, coffee, a small fridge, power adapters, and toiletries. It's clear that a lot of thought and care go into making guests feel comfortable. The building has a unique and charming interior. The location is amazing, being very near the restaurants, cafes, and bars of the Old Town, and even closer to Liberty Square, which has transport links and shopping. I highly recommend this place.

The guest house experience was terrible. It's basically just a key service and nothing else. Hosts were very disappointing. There is no private parking as advertised on Booking.com. If you're driving, parking in this central area is a nightmare. The room had its quirks, but you won't use them. The shared area was full of cigarette butts and old plastic bottles in bins. Our Booking.com reservation was cancelled, and even though we were there, we got an email saying we weren't. Maybe it's a way to avoid the booking commission.

Потрясающее место! Спасибо Марине — она невероятно дружелюбная и заботливая, окружила вниманием при заселении. Комната чистая и уютная, очень теплая. Все необходимое под рукой, даже больше, чем ожидалось (а мне попадались места за ту же цену и без элементарного). Архитектура вызывает отдельное восхищение! Бесспорно, пять звёзд.
