The location is convenient. However, the management system is a mystery. It took me over 30 minutes to find the entrance. If you are trying to locate the entrance, I recommend calling via WhatsApp immediately. There are no signs indicating the guest house, making it impossible to find without guidance. I never spoke with the owner. Is there even an owner? I only met the housekeeper at breakfast, but she doesn't speak English. The breakfast is decent. The location is good, but the system here is completely unclear.

This is a great spot for a short stay. The staff and owners are welcoming and always willing to assist. Breakfasts are delicious and homemade. The location is convenient, close to the city center and bus stops. It might be a bit expensive, but it's definitely worth it overall.

Прекрасное расположение, на территории царит спокойствие, если, конечно, на соседней площади нет концертов😄. Владелица просто чудесная, хочется выразить ей отдельную благодарность за душевное общение. Комнаты хотя и маленькие, но довольно уютные. Единственный незначительный минус — в зимний период в комнате прохладно, даже при работающих батареях. Вероятно, это связано с тем, что комнаты находятся ниже уровня первого этажа. Рекомендую взять тёплые тапочки. Вход найти не так просто, он располагается во дворе обычного подъезда, и обозначений нет.
