"3rd Floor" guest house is located in a quiet area, away from the noisy center. Near the metro station, which is very convenient, you can quickly get to the center. If you want, you can walk to the waterfront, look at the bridge of Queen Tamara and walk to the theater named after Shota Rustaveli.

All rooms are modern and have light colors and some have a balcony. In the evening you can sit with a cup of coffee and admire the old streets. Teapot and cups can be found on the table in the corner. There's also a neat little refrigerator under the table. Or you can go down to the communal kitchen, which is fully stocked.

The rooms are air-conditioned, have high-speed internet without restrictions, bedside tables and a light wood closet. The bathroom is equipped with a shower cabin, hair dryer, on the shelf is necessarily a set of toiletries.

In the guest house "3rd Floor" reception works without interruption, here you can leave your luggage for safekeeping, order delivery of food to the room or choose a city tour.
