This place is my top choice for finding unique, handmade Georgian gifts. It beautifully captures the essence of all the regions of Georgia, showcasing its rich history and culture. The selection includes pottery, jewellery, paintings, and a variety of functional and decorative items. What I appreciate most is that my purchases support craftspeople working from home in their villages across the country. I've read some negative feedback, but my interactions with the sales staff have always been warm, friendly, polite, and attentive.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. STAY AWAY! I purchased a beautiful painting and asked the woman at the counter for its price. She said it was 120 GEL. I chose to buy it and added a magnet for 20 GEL. So the total should have been 140 GEL. You can imagine my shock when the receipt showed 160 GEL. I requested a refund of 20 GEL. After a long phone conversation with the owner, she returned 20 GEL in cash, but I had to give back the magnet! What nonsense?! I wanted the magnet as a gift! It made no sense at all. I ended up leaving with nothing. The customer service was atrocious! The woman at the counter clearly made a mistake. If she quoted a price, that's what it should have been! Plain and simple. Terrible shop. I would not recommend it to anyone!

This is a fantastic place to find souvenirs in Tbilisi, established by the Georgian Heritage Crafts Association. The store primarily features items crafted by its members, but you can also discover offerings from other companies that specialize in ethnic and cultural keepsakes.

Too expensive.

I visited the store and later decided to order a complete set of cups. Unfortunately, the courier lost the package. However, the store supported me throughout the process, creating a new set and shipping it again at no extra cost. I received it a few days later in perfect condition. I'm very pleased with their customer service and, above all, the beautiful quality of the cups.

This is the best spot for picking up unique local souvenirs created by Georgian artists. They offer a wonderful variety of items, including jewelry, household goods, and small knickknacks, all crafted by Georgian makers. I bought two sets of earrings for my family here and regret not having more space in my luggage for other gifts. The selection is much more impressive compared to other artist shops I visited in Tbilisi.
