Incredibly hard to find, even after calling the restaurant, I still couldn't figure out where it was.

The food was not outstanding, and the prices were high considering what was offered. Only the meat was good, while the khinkali were rubbery and tasteless. However, the view from the terrace was stunning. The service was quite satisfactory, and the staff was friendly.

When I was in Tbilisi, I'd often walk by this restaurant and finally decided to stop by. The hospitality was great and the food was quite delicious.

Çalışanlar çok ilgisizdi, yanlış yemek getirip bir de bizleri suçluyorlar. Günü berbat etmeyin.

The food was decent, but the Georgian dishes were pretty average. The customer service definitely needs improvement, with more focus on attentive service. Overall, the experience could have been better, as the negatives outweighed the positives.

The service was terrible. We were a group of 13, just wanted some drinks. Initially, we weren't allowed to sit on the balcony. Then we were told to move downstairs because we ordered only drinks. The place was nearly empty, by the way. The staff was unfriendly and even aggressive. I've worked in tourism for a decade, and this place does not showcase Georgian hospitality at all!

The staff treated guests poorly. I visited both in the morning and at night, and the personnel were unfriendly and somewhat rude. However, the food was good.

The food was tasty, and the place is well-situated. However, the staff was very unfriendly, which made the experience disappointing.

The waitress literally kicked us out at 11 p.m., saying our table needed to be free by 11:30. The service was terrible, with the waitress bringing the check without us asking and demanding payment. The food was awful. Overall, it was the worst experience on this street.

There's a blonde girl. She has no problem ignoring customers. You might wait around 45 minutes for your order, and she'll look right at you, then just turn away. Typical Georgian attitude. Definitely do not recommend.

Здесь хорошо кормят и предлагают отличные напитки. Жаль, что суп был не на высоте. Основное блюдо, которое заказывают — хинкали.

This restaurant is situated right in the heart of Old Tbilisi, next to the historical ''Deda-Ena'' park. It's cozy and inviting, with separate seating areas adorned with vintage photos and paintings of Tbilisi. The calm, pleasant music and warm ceiling lights add to the atmosphere. It's not crowded, and the staff is very helpful. The prices are reasonable, although not the cheapest. The dishes arrive fresh, hot, and are undeniably delicious.

Sipariş vermemizin üzerinden bir saat geçti, hala gelmedi. Tavuk söyledik ama getirilmedi. Tavuğu kesip dilimler halinde getirselerdi bile bir saatte buraya ulaşırdı.

The food is delicious and of high quality, but the staff seems a bit on edge.

A total tourist trap! Filthy place, overpriced with awful service and additional charges. Wouldn’t recommend at all.

Ужасная атмосфера, как будто на похоронах. Счёт не совпадает с тем, что заказывал. Качество блюд непредсказуемо.

Все было просто отвратительно. Греческий салат — это три кусочка помидора и два кусочка сыра, ни огурца, ни прочих ингредиентов. И принесли его через 2 часа 47 минут! Хинкали были еще более-менее, но оджахури пришлось ждать еще 45 минут, и он оказался ужасным. Мы с ребенком промучились 3 часа и не смогли нормально поесть. Больше никогда сюда не приду и никому не советую! Ах да, картошку фри, которую мы заказали, так и не принесли!

Официант не принес заказ в течение получаса. Пришлось повторно заказывать хинкали, они начали готовить их только после напоминания.

The food is decent, but the service needs improvement. They have a long way to go to match European standards.

The food and prices were reasonable. The place has a nice location and is decorated with Pirosmani reproductions, which I found amusing. I ordered a large Adjarian khachapuri, big enough to share, and a few salads. As is common in Georgia, the service was lacking. One waiter didn't greet us and seemed to think he was too important for his job. The waitress behaved as if she were starring in a fashion show. It's unclear if they expect good tips after providing such service.

Не советую заказывать отсюда. Еда иногда приходит несвежая, бывают замены блюд. Считаю, что стоит избегать риска для здоровья, особенно если у вас дети. Будьте осторожны.

الطعام لذيذ والأسعار معقولة، لكن خدمة النوادل متوسطة.

The food is truly amazing, and the service is excellent. Everything was perfect, and the prices are affordable. 🙂

Friendly staff, spotless restrooms, and reasonable prices. The khinkali is the best I've tried, and the BBQ chicken with vegetables is delicious. It's never busy, and the location is convenient. A wonderful way to experience Georgian cuisine.

The khinkali is incredibly tasty, and the home-style potatoes are something I could enjoy every day. It's a fantastic spot for families.

რას ფიქრობ იმ ადამიანზე, ვინც 40 ხინკალში 140 ლარს გადაიხდის? პერსონალი სრულიად უზრდელია და მხოლოდ კლიენტების წეწვით არიან დაკავებულნი.

Ужасно. Вместо супа просто литр жира с кусками костей. Котлету есть невозможно — вместо мяса одни хрящи и жилы.

Будьте осторожны! В меню указано, что НДС в размере 15% включён в цену, но в счёте эти 15% добавляют сверх цен. Я спорил с официанткой и менеджером 10 минут. Сначала она сказала, что это ошибка в меню и они хотят это исправить, затем обвинила меня в неверном толковании, потом сказала, что ничего не сделает, потому что счёт уже выписан и его надо оплатить. Далее заявила, что виноват официант, а в итоге свалила всё на типографию и предложила звонить им. Когда я сказал, что они так обирают клиентов на 15%, она ответила, что знает об этом, но это просто ошибка. Скандал и фарс. На мои требования предупреждать, что НДС не включён, она ответила, что официанты предупреждают, что не соответствует действительности. Заявила, что они может быть когда-нибудь изменят это в меню, а может и нет. После долгих споров мне вернули уплаченные лишние 15%. Дополнительно могу отметить неприятное обслуживание и отсутствие многих позиций из меню.

The waitresses were constantly asking for tips, even though there was already a 15% service charge on the bill, and the service was terrible. You could walk around the restaurant for 15 minutes without anyone noticing you. After finding a table by yourself, you’d get a menu, but then have to wait another 15 minutes to place an order. Drinks arrived quickly, but the food took 30 minutes or longer. No one ever smiled, and the waitresses only paid attention when they felt like it. The food was just okay. The only positive thing was that prices were a bit lower than in other restaurants in Tbilisi. That's probably why the service was so bad.

Отличное место в центре. Вкусные хинкали и восхитительный хачапури в форме лодочки. Местное темное пиво заслуживает особого внимания, настоящий стаут. Цены разумные, а обслуживание быстрое, даже в субботу.

Ужасное место, сюда больше ни ногой. Персонал отвратительный, даже не обращал на нас внимания. Шум просто невыносимый. Про еду даже говорить не хочется — заказали мегрельское, а принесли имеретинское. Салат был просто ужасен, ничего в нем вообще не было. В конце ждали счет вечность, да и цены совсем не соответствуют качеству блюд. Совсем не рекомендую, полный кошмар.

აქ მეორედ აღარ მივალ! ბერძნული სალათი უბედურება იყო — პამიდორი და ყველი მხოლოდ სამიცალი ედო, დანარჩენი მარტო სალათის ფურცლები იყო! მეგრული ხაჭაპური შევუკვეთეთ და იმერიული მოგვიტანეს! მომსახურეობა უტაქტოა, უზრდელები არიან! საშინელი ადგილი!

Fantastic.

We tried the Khachapuri and found it to be satisfactory. It wasn't exceptional, but decent enough. The pricing was reasonable, although the service left a lot to be desired.

პური ცოტა ძველი იყო, მაგრამ გამთბარით მაინც ჯობდებოდა. ხინკლის ხორცი პიურეს წააგავდა, ქაბაბზე კი მხოლოდ ერთი ხახვის რკალი იდო - ეს მომენტიც გამახალისა. 😃 ლიმონათი ნორმალური იყო, კმაყოფილი დავრჩი. მხოლოდ ამ სამის შეკვეთას გავაკეთე.
