Место довольно необычное. Трудно понять, на какую именно кухню оно ориентировано. Похоже, здесь пробуют что-то новое. Подача блюд интересна, однако вкус оставляет желать лучшего. В итоге — разочарование. Плюс цены высокие за всё это удовольствие.

The selection of wine is excellent, and the quality is impressive. However, the food is terrible and the service leaves much to be desired. Additionally, the prices are somewhat high. If your goal is to enjoy some good wine, this is the place to visit. But if you're looking to have a meal, I wouldn't recommend coming here.

Un lieu paisible, légèrement à l'écart du centre historique mais toujours proche. Excellente sélection de vins, avec un coup de cœur pour le vin ambré. Nous y sommes allés à deux reprises et avons toujours été très bien accueillis et conseillés. Les sommeliers sont attentionnés et efficaces. La cuisine est savoureuse, l'endroit reste peu touristique. Bref, un lieu que l'on recommande sans hésiter !

The wine restaurant is conveniently located right by the funicular station. We arrived early and were warmly greeted by a lovely lady, who kindly served us wine while we waited for the staff. We particularly enjoyed the amber natural wines from local Georgian winemakers, which were reasonably priced. The food was intriguing and had a more sour taste, complementing the amber wines, though it was slightly too sour and intense for our preference. If you're in search of natural wines, this is definitely the place to visit! The service is extremely friendly.

This is the best wine bar we discovered during our 4-week stay in Tbilisi. The wine selection, including those offered by the glass, was outstanding if you enjoy natural wines. The food was incredibly creative and a refreshing change after having so much Georgian cuisine. The staff were truly wonderful and happily guided us through the experience. The food is delicious with really impressive flavors. The ingredients are fresh and of high quality. The seasonal menu is spot on. The dishes far exceed the standard in Tbilisi. The service from the waiters and the owner is flawless. We happened to be there on a night when we were the only table apart from a private dinner. Although we had to wait a bit, they managed it very well. The owner even took the time to chat with us when he could and offered us wine, which we appreciated a lot. The service is top-notch, and we left very happy. We will definitely return for more! Thank you.

Купаты из королевских вешенок потрясли своей насыщенностью и натуральностью! Джонжоли в кляре — это просто нечто невероятное! Вот как должен выглядеть настоящий грузинский фьюжн. Здесь он предлагает не только отличную кухню, но и потрясающее обслуживание — возможно, лучшее за мои два года в Тбилиси. Официант был просто чудо: доброжелательный, говорил на отличном английском, подробно рассказал о новом меню, предложил великолепное вино, узнал наши предпочтения и передал шефу нашу благодарность. Отношение здесь выше всяких похвал. Если бы здесь были кровати, думаю, нас бы уложили спать и рассказали сказку на ночь. Такое внимание к клиенту особенно удивительно для Грузии, где сервис не всегда на высоте. Это истинная гурманская жемчужина города, одну из немногих. Рекомендую всем обязательно попробовать.

The staff here is incredibly friendly, courteous, and always ready to assist. The service is flawless, and they offer the finest selection of natural wine in Tbilisi. The Georgian food comes with a unique twist that's delightful. It's undoubtedly one of the top spots for enjoying wine not just in the Mtatsminda district but throughout all of Tbilisi.

Absolutely loved it. Attempts to book via Whatsapp and phone didn’t work, but decided to go anyway. Managed to snag the last table and enjoyed dinner with a Georgian choir group performing for another table. Delightful food and excellent service, with perfect wine pairings. This was the best meal of our trip in Georgia.

This place is genuinely the best restaurant I've visited in Tbilisi. The chicken soup is outstanding, and the mosmula with wild mushrooms is a must-try. Dining here is an exceptional experience with top-notch service. It's an easy 5 out of 5.

The food is absolutely delicious! We tried the chicken shkmeruli, mushroom khinkali, squash with tahini and kalti cheese, beets with eggplants and walnut sauce, and matsoni with sage. It’s impossible to choose a favorite dish among them. Booking a table via WhatsApp was quick and easy, but it seems you can get a spot even without a reservation. They offer a great selection of wines and are eager to provide explanations. Highly recommended!

გემრიელი საჭმელი და კარგი მომსახურება. კერძები რომ შევუკვეთეთ, მოგვართვეს უგემრიელესი ატმის დესერტი მაწვნით და ბაქმაზით როგორც ბონუსი. საერთო ჯამში კმაყოფილი დავრჩით. ეს ადგილები კარგია მათთვის, ვისაც ქართული ღვინის დაგემოვნება უყვარს, რადგან ღვინის დიდი არჩევანი აქვთ.

Being long-time admirers of the original, it's disappointing to see our once beloved spot reopen in such a lackluster way. We ended up with two overly sour, vinegar-laden dishes that clashed with our wine choices, and khinkali that had excessively thick dough. The wine selection remains impressive, yet the unique 2011-2015 European wines are nearly depleted, and the excellent Georgian options now resemble those in a dozen other wine bars. It seems every place has its prime, and this one’s best days might be in the past. I share this review with a slim hope for change. Wishing John and his team the strength and good fortune to bring back the essence we loved.

The food was fantastic, and our server was incredibly kind. In many other places, the staff wasn't very welcoming, but here, they were exceptionally friendly. We enjoyed some wine from the owner's vineyard, which was delightful as well.

Lovely spot with a welcoming staff. Getting an early dinner was a breeze. The nettle stew with chicken tasted great. The amber wine was delicious too.

The food and wine selection was fantastic. An interesting mix — both sophisticated and tasty. The staff were very friendly, and there was plenty of English spoken. The salads were refreshingly fresh, and the Khinkali had a unique twist with potato dough and stewed fruit on top. The lamb kebabs were full of flavor. We also enjoyed the amber wine, and our waiter was very knowledgeable about the wines. This place is loosely connected with Vino Underground, Azarphesha, and Pheasant's Tears in Signagi, all offering impressive takes on Georgian cuisine that I highly recommend.

The service wasn't great, likely because they were hosting a Natural Wine Festival and had more guests than usual. The food, however, was absolutely delicious, and that's the main thing. There are mostly vegetarian options. Be sure to order at least 2 small plates per person.

Случайно зайдя в Poliphonia ресторан, оказалось что мы были единственными клиентами. Меню у них небольшое и только на английском! Обслуживающий персонал совсем чуть-чуть изъяснялся по-русски, это приятно удивило. Кухня в этом заведении авторская - странноватый микс грузинской, арабской и при этом европейской кухни. Зато все заказанные нами блюда оказались очень вкусные и сытные. Но были пару минусов - хлеб был каким-то липким из странной муки с разными зёрнами, и блюдо squid fritters- пережаренным, но внутри сырым. А вот хорошо прожаренным оказался стейк, заказанный в прожарке medium, с кусочками говядины! Порции достаточно большие, так что можно брать на два-три человека. Цены очень высокие, не знаю с чем это связано. Интерьер миленькое-подвальное помещение с кирпичными сводами, комфортная обстановка и вино только бутылочное.

Так мило было наблюдать интерьер сделанный под старину, старинные мелочи и сирень в вазах. Кухня традиционная для Грузи, но с маленьким ассортиментом. Все блюда были вкусные. Здесь место тихое, проходящих туристов совсем мало, в основном иностранцы. Советую данное заведение для влюбленных пар, но если идти с компанией, то это место неудачное.

Poliphonia романтичное место в Тбилиси)) Пошли сюда по рекомендации друзей. Ресторан небольшой, но очень уютный. Свежие цветы в вазах, абажур, приборы, весь интерьер создает свое особое настроение. Кухня национальная грузинская, хорошо приготовленная еда со свежими продуктами и непревзойденным вкусом. Место тихое, мало туристов. Очень рекомендую для приятного и душевного вечера. Отличный ресторан.

Ехали в ресторан Poliphonia целенаправленно, начитавшись отзывов. Заказали такси, так как ресторан находится не совсем в центре Тбилиси. В субботу вечером было занято только два столика, но мы решили не возвращаться назад в центр и остались. Заказали хинкали с сыром и картошкой, они оказались достаточно вкусными, но размером больше напоминающими пельмени и порция состоит из 8 штук. Грибные крокеры были осень сильно пересолены. В итоге остались голодными за приличную цену.

Нашли его по отзывам, небольшой,, но невероятно уютный с домашней атмосферой. Сирень в вазах, старинный абажур, старинные приборы) интерьер под старину. Кухня традиционная грузинская, но меню небольшое. Все было вкусно. Место тихое, туристов не много, преимущественно иностранных. Очень рекомендую для влюбленных пар, если веселой компанией, то не удачное место.
