Orbeliani Square is one of the most charming places in Tbilisi, where the aroma of fresh flowers mixes with the breath of antiquity. Here, ancient Art Nouveau buildings, cozy cafes and the legendary flower market create a special atmosphere that attracts both tourists and local residents.
Formerly known as Kolkhoznaya, the square has long remained an important trading hub of the city. In 2019, it was completely updated: the facades were restored according to the original designs of the 19th century, the pedestrian areas were expanded, and modern fountains were installed. Now this is a favorite place for leisurely walks, romantic meetings and beautiful photo shoots.
On the square you can not only buy a bouquet directly from the tray, but also look into wine bars, galleries and restaurants inspired by the spirit of old Tbilisi. Everything is close by - and everything has a Georgian flavor.
