    Менеджер грубая и неспособная решать вопросы по обмену. Вместо помощи только истерично кричала "замолчите!" и "я не обязана это делать!" по поводу упаковки товара. Товар не использовался, просто оказался не того размера после распаковки. Аккуратно сложила обратно и пыталась связаться по всем возможным контактам, но никто не ответил. В магазине наткнулась на хамство и отсутствие профессионализма. О товаре сказать нечего — превосходный, но в этот магазин больше ни ногой. Лучше закажу напрямую из Турции через trendyol.
