ამ კომპანიას მხედველობაში არც პასუხისმგებლობა აქვს. 5 ოქტომბერს ნაყიდი ნივთი ჯერ კიდევ არ ამინცდენია და არაფერს არ ვიცი იმის შესახებ, როდის მომივა. მაღაზია არ აპირებს პასუხისმგებლობის აღებას და არც კი სურთ გადამიხადონ მოტანის საფასური ან რაიმე სახით ამინაზღაურონ მიყენებული ზიანი. ასეთი შემთხვევის შემდეგ მე და ჩემი ახლობლები აღარასდროს ვიყიდით აქ რაიმეს ამ უპასუხისმგებლო დაწესებულებაში.

Furniture is of poor quality, and they claimed it was from a Georgian factory. However, I found out online that it's actually made by a Russian company, MebelGrand, and sold at twice the price. The worker who assembled it was careless, scratched my floors, and damaged the furniture during the process. Employees at the Saba office were busy with their phones and didn't bother to assist, even when I asked for help. Delivery took two weeks longer than promised. They delivered the furniture one day and assembled it the next, despite telling me it would all be done the same day. The assembler was lazy and chose not to work when expected. When I confronted them, they denied any prior promises, claiming assembly typically happens later. This kind of deception is typical of irresponsible workers. I had to personally negotiate with the worker to get him to finish the setup promptly, instead of at his convenience. The overall quality doesn't match the price, and they seem to hide the fact it's made in Russia. The call center ignored my complaints, and Saba office didn't pick up my calls. I will never deal with them again.

1. Они не смогли доставить заказ, сказав, что водитель попал в аварию.
2. Снова доставка не состоялась из-за перекрытых в День независимости дорог.
3. Женщина настаивает на том, что возьмет 100 лари за доставку, если меня не будет дома. Все мои объяснения, что я всегда был на месте и ждал, она не воспринимает — то ли из-за плохой связи, то ли телефона.

I am very satisfied with my experience here. The prices are reasonable, and the manager kept in touch after my purchase. The delivery was made exactly as scheduled.

15 მარტი, 2021. 👎🏿 ნუთუ სულ არ უნდათ მუშაობა ან მყიდველების დანახვა არ სიამოვნებთ?! კომპლექსი „საბა“ შვიდ საათამდე მუშაობს, მაგრამ შვიდის ნახევარიც არ იყო, რომ მითხრეს, აღარ მუშაობთო! ფარდები ჩამოშალეს და გამომლანძღეს, გგონიათ, მაშინვე უნდა მივხვდე, რომ დაკეტილები ხართ? თუ არ გინდათ ვინმე შემოვიდეს, კარები ჩაკეტეთ ან მაინც მიაწერეთ - "ნუ შემოხვალთ".

The staff is incredibly attentive and polite. Their products and furniture are stylish and visually appealing. I can't comment on the furniture's quality and durability, as I haven't made a purchase. The prices are reasonable. I recommend it.

მოსალოდნელზე დაბალი ხარისხის ავეჯი იყიდება და ფასები გადაჭარბებულია. ვებსაიტსა და ფეისბუქზე გაზიარებული ინფორმაცია არ ემთხვევა სინამდვილეს, რაც ვიზიტისას იმედგაცრუებას იწვევს.

The staff is welcoming and reliable. They always meet their commitments. Deliveries are consistently punctual. The furniture and mattresses purchased are of high quality. Prices are quite steep, but the value justifies it.

Უფრო ვეღარ გავბრაზდებოდი - მომსახურების გულგრილობა თვალშისაცემია.

Обслуживание отвратительное. Персонал ведёт себя странно. Консультант даже не называет своё имя, когда спрашиваешь. Постоянные обманы на каждом шагу. Купил два дивана, обещали доставить до 8 часов. Полное разочарование.
