She grasped what we wanted right away and created an arrangement even more stunning than we imagined. She delivered the wedding bouquet on the day, and despite a 20-minute delay, it reached us. При заказе ожидали розы высотой 70-80 см, а получили короткие, от 40 до 60 см, ещё и без листьев. Попросили заменить или вернуть оплату, на что нам предложили вернуть букет, чтобы получить деньги обратно. За 20 лет заказа цветов у разных компаний впервые встретили такое грубое отношение. Категорически не рекомендую этот магазин.

Цветы здесь очень красивые и недорогие. Букеты и цветочные корзины замечательные. Флорист просто отличный. Мама осталась в восторге от корзинки. Магазин работает до позднего времени, это очень удобно. Однозначно 5+. Спасибо, рекомендую.
