It was a terrible experience 😞 especially if you don't know Georgian. First, I ordered through the terminal as instructed, picked up my table number, and waited 14 minutes. Eventually, I had to collect my food from the counter, making the table number pointless. When I asked for salt, none of the staff could understand English. I just had to sit down and deal with it. This place is directly across from the US embassy 🇺🇸. The food is typical fast food, and the staff don’t interact. The tables are dirty, and the toilets are not in good condition. As soon as my bus arrives, I'm leaving and not coming back. This is a warning to others. My experience was bad, and it won't be repeated, even though I live nearby.

This is a convenient spot right off the road, so it's easy to get to, and I've never had any issues with parking. It's just as good as any other location. I'd definitely recommend it.

Обслуживание как в ресторане, слишком долго. Даже когда никого из клиентов нет, приходится ждать. Если хотите быстро перекусить, сюда лучше не идти.

Заказали пиццу — просто кошмар. Настолько ужасного вкуса, что не могу молчать. Похоже, они только используют известное имя, но к настоящей сети это заведение явно не имеет отношения. Не могу поверить, что в международной сети настолько плохие рецепты. Заказывали две пиццы, и обе оказались отвратительными.

This place is awful. 👎 They misuse the Wendy's brand for their own products. The double burger with cheese, vegetables, and onion is a disaster. They don't serve you what they advertise. I asked them why they show one thing in the picture and serve another. They did nothing and said the pictures are not real. That's terrible. Being American, I know what Wendy's is supposed to be like.

Awful experience with the staff; the person who took my order kept rolling her eyes at me. Most of them don't speak English, and she kept yelling because I said sandwich instead of burger. Not my fault that the menu calls it a sandwich. The food was cold and overpriced. You're also likely to get the wrong order.

Никто не может сравниться с ними по цене и размеру порций. Раньше предпочитал KFC, но там всё настолько ухудшилось, что пришлось искать альтернативу. Нашел и очень доволен — продолжают держать планку. Надеюсь, что так и будет дальше.

Чистота в заведении радует, а еда очень вкусная, особенно картофель фри с сыром.

Абсолютно непростительное поведение сотрудника, отвечающего за парковку. Всё остальное в порядке, но когда приходится доказывать, что ты клиент и имеешь право оставить машину, это портит всё впечатление. Еда не приносит удовольствия в такой обстановке.

Атмосфера и обслуживание были на высоте: заказ принесли молниеносно, внутри заведения поддерживается порядок. Но еда оставила желать лучшего. Взяли два бургера: котлеты были нормальной толщины, но чрезмерно жирные. Соуса обильно, а вот овощей не хватало, булочка тоже не впечатлила. На вкус всё вышло практически безвкусным.

The food doesn't quite match what is shown on the menu or in the order. I struggled to find the bacon in the Baconator. It can get uncomfortably warm inside on a sunny day. Prices seemed a bit high to me.

The noise level is unbearable; you can't even hear yourself speak. The parking attendant is threatening and rude. In short, it's a place best avoided.

Бургеры приличные, на уровне Макдональдса. Картошка вкусная, особенно в детском меню — менее зажаренная и без специй. Шоколадное печенье просто отличное, а кофе радует качеством. В помещении всегда чисто, уборка проводится регулярно. Обслуживание вежливое и быстрое.

This is probably the top spot in the city for fast food. The meat is fresh, and the sauces are quite good. Unlike other places, they actually use the right ingredients for their burgers.

This is a new spot from a popular American fast-food chain. The building is impressive, with modern and high-quality equipment. However, the food doesn't measure up to the standards seen in developed countries within this chain. It's noticeable that they positioned this branch right next to a remarkable McDonald's, but McDonald's easily outshines it. McDonald's offers better, tastier, and more consistent options. Here, most dishes and especially the drinks lack flavor and are of low quality. The only thing I enjoyed was their cheesecake.
