Fast food restaurant "Wendy's (Goodwill)"

თავიდან ცოტა უცნაური აპლიკაცია, მაგრამ პიცა მართლაც ძალიან კარგია.

შეკვეთები არ მიაქვთ დროულად. გვეუბნებიან, რომ მალე მზად იქნება, მაგრამ მომსახურება საშინელებაა. დამატებით 20 წუთს გველოდებიან, თითქოს უკვე მზადაა. ბოლოს კი ცივ შეკვეთებს გვაძლევენ.

Все было ужасно. Ждали 30 минут заказ — салат и два бургера, в итоге опоздали в кино. Один из бургеров оказался неправильным — вместо беконайзера дали маленький чизбургер, и салфеток не положили. После 15 минут ожидания, когда спросили, когда будет готово, ответили пренебрежительно — через 5 минут. Но в итоге прождали еще 15 минут. Весь заказ исчез с табло, как и другие, что явно видно по толпе людей. Складывается впечатление, что так скрывают свою ужасно медленную работу.

Качество лучше, чем у соседних мест. Однако весь фуд-корт оставляет желать лучшего.

This isn't fast food. It's slow food. Prepare for a wait time exceeding 30 minutes.

დავუკვეთე ვრეპი და მოვიდა უმი. ვოლტის სუპორტთან დაკავშირების შემდეგ მითხრეს, რომ რესტორანი პასუხისმგებლობას არ იღებს, რადგან ეს "სტანდარტული" მომზადებაა. სითი მოლის რესტორანში "სტანდარტული" ვრეპი აშკარად უმს ნიშნავს.

The staff were extremely impolite, the food was limp, the drink was not chilled, and the place was tiny and overcrowded.

Чрезмерно долго ждали, бургер оказался крошечным. Картошка фри была не слишком плохой.

The mojito was awful. My drink had black mint leaves, which was gross. I got sick from it and will never order it again. There were three spoiled leaves floating in my glass, a tiny piece of lime, and a bunch of ice. I really don't recommend it.

Terrible food, the chicken tasted like gasoline. Definitely not recommending this place.

Tried this place and it's a one-time experience for me. Ordered a steak burger, but it was just a patty and a slice of cheese. Don’t even think about their strips. The 3-piece strips were like popcorn. So disappointed. This location really needs improvement.

სუფრები ჭუჭყოვანია, მომსახურე პერსონალი უხეშია და მომსახურება საშინელია. 20 წუთი ველოდებოდი პატარა ფრის და დასადებზე ვერ დადეს. მენეჯერი გაციებული დადის სამსახურში, ეს არაპროფესიონალურია იმდენი ვირუსია. საბოლოოდ, აქ აღარ მოხვიდეთ.

It's more of a slow food experience than fast food.

The pizza here is the best we've had in Tbilisi from similar places. Finally, it had plenty of cheese and wasn't dry. The atmosphere was average; tables and chairs could be cleaner. Also, there was a cleaner lady who seemed more interested in observing everyone than in actually cleaning, which probably contributed to the atmosphere not feeling clean enough.

A 30-minute wait, and the cheeseburger was cold.

The experience was overall quite pleasant. The only downside is its location — situated in the City Mall food court, which doesn’t enhance the experience.

The food was decent, but the wait was long due to numerous online orders. The tables weren't clean, and there were not enough of them. The food tasted average. The burger was a bit dry, though the fries were tasty.

დახვეული კარტოფილი სასიამოვნოა და საყვარელი 😄 მიუხედავად იმისა, რომ ძალიან დიდი გემრიელი არ არის, მაინც კაიფია 😅 ბარბეფიუს სოუსთან და ბეკონთან ერთად ძალიან მომწონს.

I stood waiting for my order for 10 minutes. When I finally received it, the burger was cold. I mentioned this to the staff, and she just said it was fine, which was unbelievable. After reheating, it was still just lukewarm, not hot at all. This place used to have better service.

Wendy's offers food that's pretty average, but there's one downside: the taste is always a surprise. Sometimes I end up enjoying it, but other times the meat is so awful that it really ruins the experience.

Еда просто ужасная. Хуже картошки фри и куриных крылышек я ещё не пробовал. Мясо было на вкус несвежее. Лучше пойти в KFC.

The meals were quite good, but I was puzzled by the cleaner’s behavior. Why was she roaming around, peering into everyone's mouths to see if we were done eating? She kept staring at people and inspecting every table up close. This was really inappropriate.

გამარჯობა, ცოტა ხნის წინ ვიყავი თქვენს ობიექტზე, საკმაოდ კმაყოფილი ვარ, თუმცა მინდა გთხოვოთ, რომ აპარატებზე დაამატოთ ნაღდ ფულით გადახდის ფუნქცია. მადლობა 😍

Terrible service. I ordered beef and they gave me chicken. Food preparation was extremely slow.
