Fast food restaurant "Wendy's (airport)"

Очень разочаровался в заведении в международном аэропорту Тбилиси. Персонал оказался непрофессиональным и абсолютно равнодушным к клиентам — ни улыбки, ни вежливости, только грубое отношение. Еда слишком дорогая для того, что тебе предлагают. А когда выяснилось, что за маленький пакетик кетчупа берут 2,5 лари, стало еще хуже. Жадность просто зашкаливает. Для точки в международном аэропорту ожидаешь хотя бы базового уровня обслуживания и порядочности. Я сюда больше не вернусь и другим советую избегать этого места.

Заказал бургер с портобелло, но получил просто бургер с сыром и беконом — грибы отсутствовали. Пробовал такой бургер в Тбилиси, и там все было вкусно, а здесь совершенно не то и не соответствует заказу.

I asked for a glass of water, and they yelled at me that they were closed. But when I walked away, they started taking orders from others without even apologizing.

Les burgers sont vraiment mauvais. La viande est trop humide et sans saveur. En plus, c'est beaucoup trop cher.

I was the first to order but somehow ended up being served last, while others who came after me got their food first. All I ordered was a simple cheeseburger. They kept talking about some 'arap' stuff. On top of that, they didn't even give me ketchup, even though they took so long with the order.

The staff member was quite large and she treated the kids harshly. Her reply was far from polite.

Viel zu teuer, die Qualität lässt stark zu wünschen übrig und das Personal ist unfreundlich. Nebenan bei Dunkin' ist es wahrscheinlich besser.

I completely agree with those who gave this place just one star. It seems like a common issue at airports. Take a look at the ratings for the McDonald's at Istanbul International Airport—it's still the worst I've ever experienced.

Worst Burger Experience Ever! Absolutely revolting. The burger was mushy, lacked any flavor, and was utterly miserable. Considering the exorbitant cost, I anticipated something at least edible. Instead, I was served a pathetic, limp excuse for a meal. Never returning.

הגענו רעבים לשדה התעופה אחרי נסיעה ארוכה מהמלון בגודאורי. עשינו הזמנה בעזרת המכשיר, חיכינו בערך 10 דקות וקיבלנו את כל מה שהזמנו. היה ממש טעים וחם.

This is the most disappointing experience I’ve had at this chain. Given its airport setting, it fails to meet any reasonable expectations. The prices are unreasonably high, and the staff are unfriendly, offering no smiles. If it was possible to give zero stars, I certainly would. To top it off, the cheese was cold, just like the staff’s attitude.

The staff is incredibly rude, and the food is terrible. Get your meal elsewhere. Avoid this place no matter what. Other brands should take over that spot. This chain is the worst fast food ever, which is why it never succeeded.

В 11:23 утра в Новый год перед вылетом в Тбилиси подошёл к месту, которое должно работать круглосуточно. Но оказалось, что они закрыты и откроются только в 1:30. При этом весь персонал на месте, стоит за стойкой и болтает. Если бы это было связано со сменой или уборкой, вопросов бы не возникло, но, похоже, они просто ленятся. Если владелец прочтёт это, рекомендую пересмотреть записи с камер, ужасное обслуживание.

Цены в этом месте просто заоблачные — в 2-3 раза выше, чем в городе. Представьте себе бургер за 20 долларов.

Not impressed compared to other places.

The chicken nuggets were the worst I've ever tasted, with an awful smell. When I asked for alternative options, the staff was very rude. The food and service both left me completely disappointed.

Overpriced, not delicious, and portions are tiny. Even ketchup costs an extra 2.5! Go somewhere else.

The servers were doing their best, so no issues there. However, the cost is just too high, even considering airport prices. I got a bacon cheeseburger, but it had bits of bacon instead of strips like in the photo. Also, I've never heard of paying for ketchup at Wendy's, but here it's 3 lari. It's better to buy food before you get to the airport.

Prices are outrageous for Tbilisi, even considering it's an airport. At least the seating area is somewhat quiet. The food wasn't impressive either.

Offers typical fast food with the expected high airport prices. No surprises. I ordered a chicken sandwich, fries, and a Coke, and they met my expectations. A tip for using the self-service kiosk: it defaults to suggesting a double portion of sauce, but you can opt out and save a bit by choosing the regular portion. There's a large seating area nearby, so finding a place to sit and eat is easy.

Prepare to spend 2 to 3 times more than you would in the city. However, the food was hot when served, so aside from the prices, I have no other complaints.

The staff is incompetent, and the food quality is terrible. There's no salt or pepper available. The chicken burger and veggie burger are both awful. The veggie burger is just hash browns in a bun. Honestly, a group of children could run a fast food chain better.

Bought a combo with a chicken burger, fries, and coke. Both the burger and fries were soggy and tasted old. Keep in mind, the prices here are much higher than at regular locations because it's in the airport. DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING HERE!!

They charge an arm and a leg for a fast food burger, and then you have to cough up an extra $1 for 20ml of ketchup and another $1 for milk in your coffee 😂. The staff is unbelievably rude 😕.

Rude staff with no interest in working, constantly rolling their eyes. They tell customers they're closed when busy, but then serve people five minutes later, only to shut down the registers again and send more customers away. The staff should definitely learn customer service... especially those two on the night shift at 1am on August 21st, 2024 ;) Oh, and expect those typical airport prices! Georgia is a great country, but it's a pity that this place is their parting impression!

This was the worst fast-food burger I've ever had. Seriously, don't go there. The staff is awful too.
