Fast food with sandwiches "Subway (Pushkin St. 19)"

The menu showed a price of 14.9 gel, but they charged me 17.9 gel. When I pointed it out, they just said it was the "old price." Very disappointing.

This is probably the blandest sandwich I've ever had. The chicken had no taste whatsoever. The service was poor and the welcome not worth the cost. The staff was incredibly rude and not focused on finding solutions.

Our visit there left us quite disappointed. The food that should have been warm arrived cold and seemed stale. The service at this branch was far below expectations. The staff member was not welcoming and behaved indifferently. On top of that, he overcharged us and failed to provide proper service. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience.

Начинка недостаточная. Обычно в сэндвич с тунцом кладут 4 шарика, а здесь только 3. Сыр — тоже 3 кусочка. Еще один минус для иностранцев: названия хлеба и соусов указаны только на грузинском.

Arrived around 8 am only to be told by the staff that they were still closed. This was confusing and frustrating since the sign clearly stated that they are open 24/7, with a cleaning break from 6 to 7 am.

В этой точке цены остались высокими, в отличие от других мест. Везде за 30-сантиметровый сэндвич берут максимум 20 лари, а здесь мы заплатили 27. Печенье везде стоит 1,5 лари, здесь — 1,95 лари. Сэндвичи на 9 из 10. Важно знать, что тебе нравится — соусы и овощи на твой вкус. Печенье — 10 из 10, пока что это мое любимое. Если цены здесь не снизят, больше не приду. В 700 метрах есть еще один филиал, указанный в приложении, с более низкими ценами. Приложение также предоставляет бонусы. Если причина дороговизны в расположении на площади Свободы, то скажу, что в соседнем Dunkin' цены такие же, как и в других местах города. Не понимаю, почему здесь должно быть дороже, ведь это не филиал в аэропорту.

Если говорить по-русски, тут не обслужат.

The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. I didn't know I needed the COVIDPASS app in Tbilisi, since it was my first day there. The team spent over 20 minutes helping me get registered. Afterward, I got to enjoy their famous Tuna sandwich inside. The place was spotless, just like other locations. I had a 6-inch sandwich with cheese, which cost me around 10 GEL.

No service typical of Georgia.

Понравились врапы — вместо булки используют лепешки, получается сытно и очень сочный вкус. Если образуется очередь, появляется второй помощник на раздаче. К вечеру из напитков остаётся только холодный чай. BBQ ribs wrap с айс-чаем обойдется менее чем в 20 лари, примерно 6,5 евро.

Als Belg voor het eerst geprobeerd, en het was echt de moeite waard. De broodjes zijn heerlijk en vullen goed! De service was uitstekend, het personeel doet erg zijn best om Engels te spreken.

Вечером столкнулась с ужасным обслуживанием. Парень на кассе был крайне груб и накричал на меня, когда я спросила про цену и ингредиенты. Это просто ужасный сервис. Ответы обязаны быть нормальными, тем более, я вежливо спрашивала. Что, их там принуждают работать, раз они такие грубые?

We visited for two days in a row. On the first day, the staff was attentive and the service met expectations, even though one person seemed to handle everything while others stood idle. On the second day, the staff was awful. They tried to overcharge for sauces and bags, which were free the previous day. When questioned, they claimed that the staff from the first day was inexperienced. They literally threw away extra sauce that was already on the sub, showing their pettiness. I'd rather the food be given to a customer than wasted. When paying, they said they didn’t have change for a 20 GEL bill; the total was 9.55 GEL. Luckily, my colleague had change, or my sub would’ve ended up in the trash too. After looking at other reviews, it’s clear the staff desperately needs training on customer service. They’re incredibly full of themselves.

The person at the counter was extremely arrogant and rude. He definitely needs a lesson in basic customer service. His attitude, with all the eye rolling, seemed a bit racist. Definitely not a place to visit considering how slow and rude they are.

Overall, the taste is consistent with other locations of the same brand. There was a nice young lady who helped us out. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name, but she was very cooperative and responded to our questions about halal options. She identified the halal meats for us, but couldn’t specify the cheese, just mentioning it was American, and left the choice up to us. The same went for the sauces, as she didn’t have specific information, but her willingness to assist and her customer-friendly approach was impressive. We visited on Saturday, June 1, at 10 p.m.

Написано, что работает 24 часа, но периодически, когда прихожу утром, слышу, что они закрыты. Бывали случаи, когда не работал терминал для оплаты, и меня просили рассчитаться переводом. Иногда у них отключали нагреватель, и мне доставался сухой сэндвич из микроволновки. Раньше закрывались на 30 минут или на час по утрам для уборки, но сейчас непонятно, когда у них перерыв. Хотелось бы, чтобы они указывали время перерыва, а то приходишь и всё впустую. Пожалуйста, приведите расписание в порядок или уберите надпись про 24 часа.

The place shut down at 5:17. When I asked the staff about the closing time, he just said it was his break time.

We were treated poorly. People were eating as we tried to enter, and the staff told us we couldn't. 0/5.

We went in for some food, and the guy with messy long hair immediately asked if we had a pre-order, without any greeting. He frowned at us, insisting on knowing about a pre-order. When we mentioned we were fine waiting, he started complaining to another staff member in Georgian. Both seemed annoyed that we needed to place an order, even though we were okay with waiting. This experience was extremely disappointing, and I won't be coming back anytime soon. It happened around 11:15 pm on Saturday, May 4, 2024.

Tiflise gelir gelmez buraya uğradık. Çalışanlar bizimle alay eder gibi davranıyor. Güle oynaya servis yapıyorlar, ama bu gülüş alaycı. Tiflis'i buradan tanımak istemezdik. Gerçekten çok kötü ve kaba insanlar. Bize saygısızca davrandılar ve ırkçılıkla karşılaştık.

В воскресенье, 28 апреля 2024 года, решил заглянуть в это место с другом. Очереди не было, лишь одна девушка перед нами оформила заказ на 4 сэндвича. Это бы ничего, но над сэндвичами работал всего один сотрудник, и всё шло невероятно медленно. При этом в зале было ещё 5 сотрудников, которые бездельничали: один протирал чистое стекло, другой поправлял подносы, остальные просто ходили по залу и протирали чистейшие столы. В итоге мы простояли больше 20 минут в ожидании своей очереди. Когда, наконец, дошли до нас, наши сэндвичи делали так же медленно.

Сели за столик, чтобы перекусить, но тут же подошли и сообщили, что внутри заведения есть нельзя. Попросили разрешения сесть снаружи, но отказались, так как на улице было +30, а столы на солнце, и к ним невозможно было прикоснуться. Несмотря на наше объяснение, нас грубо попросили покинуть помещение. На вопрос почему, ответили: "мы убираемся!" Хотя все столы давно были чистыми, а было только 15:00. Почему убирать нужно именно в это время, когда заведение работает круглосуточно? Мы уточнили, можем ли остаться за любым уже чистым столом, и снова получили отказ.

Это абсолютно неприемлемо. В зале 30 кв. м. пусто, шесть сотрудников, а на уборку нужно всего 30 минут. Особенно неприятно, что нас выгнали, когда мы только что высто́яли в очереди полчаса и заплатили деньги. Надеюсь, руководство проверит камеры и разберётся, как здесь работают, особенно учитывая, что это туристическое место.

The service at the sandwich fast-food place near Freedom Square in Tbilisi was completely unsatisfactory. The staff was rude and impatient, showing no interest in providing quality service. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. It wasn't even busy when I was there in the afternoon, yet the staff member surprised me with her rudeness. She didn't greet us when we ordered, and snapped when I asked for a suggestion. She also seemed indifferent to the fact that I had been waiting in line for a while. This experience was highly disappointing, and I wouldn't advise anyone to visit if they expect decent customer service.

Awful experience. The staff clearly doesn't want to work. Their claim of being "24/7" is false. I tried going there at 7:30, and the person there was rude, saying, "We are closed."
