The staff member at the register was incredibly rude and unhelpful, making interactions difficult. Their attitude showed a complete lack of respect for customers, and they were unwilling to listen or communicate properly. Additionally, the item I received differed from what was advertised in the picture, and they made no attempt to resolve the issue or offer any form of solution. Overall, it was a frustrating experience, and I cannot recommend this place while such behavior persists.

This place offers the best experience in the city for this chain. The meals are consistently warm, and the team is attentive and friendly.

The ice cream here is the worst in town! It's served in small portions and comes out of the machine already partly melted.

The burger seems like it was thrown together with no care, and everything just falls apart the moment you try to eat it. The wait time is extremely long, taking anywhere from 30 to 40 minutes to get your order ready.

Несколько раз заказывал здесь, и постоянно чего-то не хватает в заказе. Бургеры с сухими булочками, собраны неаккуратно, будто просто набросали ингредиенты. Есть это невозможно — разваливается в руках. Начиная от картошки фри до бургеров, все блюда каждый раз оказывались холодными. Это место оставило неприятное впечатление. Лучше попробовать местные национальные блюда, чем есть такую пищу.

Здесь всегда можно насладиться привычными и любимыми вкусами.

Приятное место для перекуса в любое время суток. Интерьер традиционный для этой сети, всегда чисто и опрятно. Персонал вежливый и оперативный, заказ подали быстро. Меню стандартное, но есть новинки, которые приятно попробовать. Кофе достойный, утоляет жажду. В целом, хорошее место для быстрого перекуса или кофе-паузы.

Задержка с заказом на 15 минут. Персонал отдыхает на столах.

I had to wait over an hour for my order.

The speed of service here is impressive! It's a typical McDonald's, but I was amazed by how quickly they prepared my order. I've ordered here twice: the first time, my food was ready three minutes after I ordered, and the second time, just a burger, it took only a minute. I've never seen a McDonald's this fast. The food was delicious as usual. The place is tidy. Great service 👍🏻.

Waited 25 minutes for breakfast even though we were alone in the restaurant. Ordered a delivery and part of the order was missing. Service quality in Georgia is generally lower than in many other countries, but this was exceptionally bad.

Номер заказа загорается сразу после оформления, как будто он уже готов, чтобы заведение улучшало свои показатели. В итоге, стоишь, ждешь и не понимаешь, на каком этапе твой заказ. Это больше похоже на обычную забегаловку, чем на место с международными стандартами. Непонятно, как быть людям с проблемами слуха, которые ориентируются только на экраны.

Обслуживание ужасно медленное, и сотрудники, похоже, не понимают, что происходит.

It's unfortunate, but staff can be deceptive here. Your order might show as ready on the board, only for you to wait an additional thirty minutes at the pick-up area. This tactic might help them meet their KPIs, but it certainly doesn't align with company standards. It's clever on their part, but ultimately a cheat for the customers. I won't return.

Every single time, there's an issue with the order. Always.

The restaurant was relatively clean, but the staff was inefficient. Despite having about 19 people working in the kitchen, we waited 25 minutes for just two meals, even though we were the only customers there. After ordering a double bacon cheeseburger and finally getting to our car, we discovered that it had no bacon. To add to the frustration, they refused to give me a complimentary ketchup despite the long wait and poor service. This was the worst service I’ve encountered in Georgia and at any McDonald's worldwide.

Twice in a row, my delivery via Wolt was disappointing. The first time, they sent me a cheeseburger instead of a double cheeseburger. On the second order, they left out the double cheeseburger entirely. I'm left wondering what issue will come up with the third order.

Это место продолжает держать высокую планку. Еда здесь, как всегда, очень вкусная. Горячие напитки тоже на высоте. Десерты и холодные напитки впечатляют. Это новый филиал в престижном районе города, но сам ресторан узкий и места немного.

Отличная работа персонала и приятная атмосфера. Всё понравилось, особенно кофе.

Компактный и уютный ресторан. Все как мы любим. Расположен рядом с университетом.
