Внутри бургеров был неприятный запах, казалось, что что-то испортилось. Заказали напиток объёмом 0,4, а нам принесли 0,3. На замечание ответили, что эти 100 мл не имеют значения, и предложили пить то, что есть. Могли бы предложить второй стакан или проявить вежливость. Вместо этого создаётся впечатление, что должны купить ещё один напиток. Разница в объёме отражается и на цене. Но дело даже не в этом, а в сервисе. Посетителей не так много, неужели так сложно нормально обслужить? И еда разочаровывает.

I enjoy going to this place for the food, but the customer service is awful. The cashiers don't know the menu names correctly and often give out wrong information. I wanted to order a large meal, but the cashier claimed they only have small and medium. The only difference between medium and large is the size of fries. How can you have a medium option and not a large one? The food is good, but the service is terrible.

Placed an order, and it took over thirty minutes despite the restaurant being nearly empty. They prioritized online orders and only started preparing mine after I questioned the delay at the 25-minute mark. The staff showed complete indifference.

Too expensive—not everything on the menu is available most of the time. You're charged 5 GEL for a 0.5L Pepsi? That's insane.

The service might be a bit slow at times, but the food and atmosphere are definitely enjoyable.

Great spot for enjoying wings and soda. It's a typical KFC experience. Initially, I was a bit disappointed with the wing size, as shown in the photo. However, when I ordered the second batch, the size was fantastic, and I almost couldn't finish it all.

Service is not up to par. Disappointing.

Небольшой заказ приходится ждать около 20 минут. Сотрудники толпятся у кассы, а в это время бургеры на кухне собирает один человек. Стоишь и смотришь, как они ничего не делают всё это время. Это странно и непонятно, почему такая крупная сеть никак не следит за этим.

I enjoy the food, but it's sometimes unpleasant. The wings occasionally come with feathers, which is quite off-putting.

Tasty and tidy. The order took a bit longer than expected.

მომსახურება უბრალოდ შესანიშნავი იყო, მართლა ძალიან მომეწონა. საჭმელი გემრიელი იყო, თუმცა ცოტათი მშრალი, მაგრამ მაინც ძალიან მომეწონა. ატმოსფეროც ძალიან სასიამოვნო და მომხიბვლელი აღმოჩნდა. 🙂

They can't tell spicy from non-spicy! I placed an order on Wolt, and some of my chicken strips were spicy when they weren’t supposed to be!

It seemed like the chicken was previously frozen. (Just my personal opinion)
