Incredibly slow service for a fast food spot. My order took 20 minutes to get ready, and it wasn't even a large one. The food tastes great, but the wait time is really frustrating.

Часто сюда захожу, готовят здесь, как по мне, немного лучше, чем в других местах. В последний раз взяли 3 комбо с чизбургерами (2 средних и 1 маленький) и сандрес баскет. Всё это стоило 49 лари на троих. Было очень вкусно и сытно, но пришлось подождать, пока приготовят. Обычно здесь мало людей, даже на выходных, всегда есть свободные места. Честно, всё понравилось, еда действительно вкусная и не сухая.

This place is officially the worst. Everything is a disaster. The self-service terminal mangled my receipt because it wasn't closed right. There's only one dirty, unisex toilet that everyone shares, including people with disabilities. I ordered a small combo, and they just forgot about it. I ended up waiting 15 minutes for a simple combo with a Junior Twister. The only response was a cold "well, I'm sorry" with zero interest in fixing it. The fries were cold and way too salty, and the drink was basically water with a hint of syrup. I won't be coming back here and advise everyone to stay away.

Обычно убираем за собой, но в этот раз забыли, так как нигде нет напоминаний об этом. На улице нас догнал охранник, заставил вернуться в ресторан, грубо требовал убрать подносы, и физически мешал уйти. Менеджеры и администратор поддержали охранника. В итоге менеджер махнул рукой, показывая, чтобы мы уходили, если для нас это принципиально. Если бы нам вежливо намекнули, убрали бы без проблем, но унижаться под давлением не намерены. Еда была вкусной, брали боксмастер. Попросили без соуса, принесли с ним, но по нашей просьбе заменили. Впечатления о сервисе очень противоречивые, с минусами явно больше.
