Fast food restaurant "KFC" on Shota Rustaveli Avenue

Обслуживание ужасное. Уже несколько раз сталкивался с плохим опытом, но почему-то продолжаю заходить туда по утрам. Сегодня утром мне подали кофе без крышки. На мой вопрос о крышке ответили, что её нет. Как можно подавать кофе на вынос без крышки? В таком большом заведении не нашлось ни одной крышки. Это крайне безответственные сотрудники, которые портят репутацию всему заведению.

Service is incredibly slow, even with a large staff. The food was cold and tasted terrible. It's frustrating how long it took with more than nine employees and only four active orders. Disappointing.

Kesinlikle tavsiye etmem! Normalden biraz büyük bir menü aldık ama inanılmaz derecede küçüktü. Resimde büyük görünse de, elinize gelen hamburgerin boyutu elinizin yarısı kadar ve bu tam bir şaka! Çocuğa verseniz bile doymaz, öyle küçük. Resmen kandırıyorlar insanları, asla ama asla tercih etmeyin derim. Helal olduğu için burayı seçtik ama o çevrede başka helal yerler de bulduk. Ayrıca klasik menüde verilen ketçap ve mayonezi bile parayla almanız gerekiyor. O menü için de oldukça fazla ödedik.

Kendi ülkemizde böyle kaliteli yemek yemediğimizi fark ettim. Kesinlikle deneyin, hafif acı olabilir ama tadı harika. Galleria AVM'de bulunuyor. Kimseyle muhatap olmadan yan taraftaki panelden siparişinizi veriyorsunuz.

Avoid eating there. It's not like the one we have back home. It's not halal.

Сразу после прилета, зная бренд, отправились сюда. Сначала кажется, что цены нормальные, но вкус и обслуживание совсем не стоят этих денег. В Турции обычно берем меню, а тут, когда думаешь, что сделал выгодный заказ, тебе приносят обычный гамбургер. Работники выглядят уставшими и безразличными. Пока мы делали заказ, один из посетителей пожаловался, что в еде что-то нашел. Нам тоже не удалось сразу объясниться, и вместо того чтобы решить проблему на месте, нас направили к трем разным кассам. Гамбургер оказался безвкусным и вовсе не сытным. Полное разочарование.

Başka bir restorana gitmenizi öneririm. Çalışanlar ne yaptıklarını bilmiyor. Fazladan ücret talep ettiler. İçeceğimizi sormadan sipariş verdiler ve sonra değiştiremeyiz dediler. Helal olan başka yerleri tercih edebilirsiniz.

There weren't enough seats because of the busy crowd.

Персонал вежливый, еда вкусная. Однако был значительный минус — сотрудник работал, будучи больным. Он громко кашлял и сморкался прямо на смене, при этом кашлял в руку и подходил к стойке заказов, и я все это видела. Теперь болею уже второй день. Прошу, не допускайте больных сотрудников на смену. Или хотя бы требуйте, чтобы они носили маски и мыли руки.

The staff's behavior is terrible, and the shift manager is just as bad.

The staff were very friendly. The cashier smiled and wished me success and an enjoyable meal. I got some drumsticks, but they tasted a bit off and weren't crispy. The Coke was served without ice and was warm. I hope they work on improving the food quality.

The food quality was satisfactory, but something odd I noticed in every fast food place in Georgia was that ketchup isn't included in the meal package. They charge extra for it, which I haven't encountered in any other country.

The new twister wrap was delicious. The seasoning on the meat was excellent. The wait time for the order wasn’t long either.

The place had dirty tables. There were many dogs around, making it hard to enjoy a meal in peace, as they also seemed interested in our food.

My husband and I had the most disappointing meal at this location. The chicken strips seemed like fried paper. The fries were terrible. My sandwich bread was falling apart, as if it had been baked a century ago. Avoid this place in the galleries mall.

Had to wait 25 minutes for our order. It was terrible. Six or seven other orders came after us. Service was nonexistent.

Tasted the food here, and it was enjoyable. The flavor was milder compared to what we have in the Gulf, but still pleasant.

The food is decent. The spicy chicken is pretty good, though the regular one is just alright. Expect to wait around 15 to 30 minutes for your order. The cheese sauce is not nice at all.

Waiting 20 minutes for a single item is excessive. Completely regret spending my time here.

Terrible customer service and extremely slow delivery.

Ужасно! На кассе сотрудники молодцы, а те, кто собирает заказы — работают отвратительно. Они могут положить не то, что нужно: мне вместо куриных наггетсов подсунули какие-то сырные подушечки. Коробки никак не подписаны, невозможно понять, что внутри. Все приходится проверять и открывать каждую коробку. Очень неудобно.

The food here is delicious, the service is fast and the place is clean. These are the three characteristics that perfectly fit the description of this place. Perhaps my assessment is subjective, but this is a really excellent establishment not far from the center. Here I managed to eat quickly and deliciously, and then continue my business. I made a purchase through the kiosk, and there were no problems when paying with a bank card. The staff smiled when giving out the order and responded to my "Gamarjoba".
