Fast food restaurant "KFC (City Mall Gldani)"

Terrible experience. Ordered a Longer H&S combo-medium. The portion was tiny, dry, and not even remotely hot and spicy! The amount of food for the price was disappointing, and it didn't look like the menu photo at all. Definitely not recommended. This was my first time, and it was the worst.

Absolutely terrible experience; the food was awful, and the staff were incredibly rude. I even saw them mocking customers. This place really shouldn’t be open.

Waited 40 minutes even though the place was half empty. The staff was quite unfriendly. Definitely the last time I order from this so-called "fast food" spot.

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had at a KFC worldwide. The service was awful. It took about 30 minutes to get my order, and when it finally arrived, it was cold and dry. The chicken burger was just thrown into the box, with half of it not even inside the bun, and the fries were cold and stale. Avoid this place; the food is inedible, and the staff couldn't care less!

Again, the fries were undercooked for the third time, and the burgers didn't have the sauce.

The service was completely awful!

Visited on December 16th, waited 45 minutes for just 2 burgers and 2 portions of hot wings. The food was good, as expected from KFC, since they follow a standard recipe. The service, however, was extremely disappointing. Orders kept piling up even with 8 to 10 staff members at the counter. I would only suggest going if you're not very hungry and have a lot of time to waste.

This place is like any other KFC. I wish there was a bucket option without chillies, but I guess that’s just how they come from the main office. In any case, everything else is spot on.
