Сотрудники работают очень медленно, даже слишком. Заказали два капучино и сэндвич «протеин-буст». Девушка на кассе сразу сказала, что на сэндвич потребуется 15 минут, хотя кафе было совершенно пустое. Одна стояла на кассе, другая перекладывала яблоки. Через 15 минут кофе даже не начали готовить, пришлось следить за ними, чтобы хоть что-то начали делать. Это не единственный случай такого медленного обслуживания без причины. Сэндвич вкусный, кофе тоже, но качество сервиса желает лучшего.

No cash accepted, card payments only. The food is fantastic.

I ordered soups through Wolt. The soup was supposed to come with croutons. This is crucial, especially when you're at work and can't replace it with anything else—not that you should have to. On top of that, the soup arrived cold. When I contacted support, they admitted it was a mistake and refunded me 1 GEL. Ridiculous.

Poor service. Вчера я заказал обед с курицей, и это было ужасно, а сегодня куриный сэндвич задержали на 1,5 часа. Просто ужас! Пока писал этот отзыв, еще не успел съесть сэндвич — сильно зол из-за долгого ожидания. Но, справедливости ради, куриный сэндвич был очень вкусным, особенно здоровый вариант. Хорошая концепция, но работайте над обслуживанием. Удачи.

Еда замечательная, однако рассчитываться можно исключительно картой, что не всегда удобно.

It took the staff an hour to prepare the sandwiches, and they refused to refund us. The manager was indifferent. The refund process was unnecessarily complicated, and the staff were more interested in dancing than working. They even forgot my coffee, and I had to order it again.

Great for those who enjoy small portions! I ordered a sandwich through Wolt, paying for double salmon. As the photo shows, there was only one portion. I assumed it was a mistake and reached out to Wolt. They contacted the place and shared my photo. The response confirmed they used the correct amount of salmon, which was quite amusing. Super cheap deal! They might want to consider a more fitting name.

Обожаю их смузи, особенно с авокадо и кофейный. В отличие от того, что в City Mall на Сабуртало, здесь в кофейный добавляют арахисовую пасту, и это делает его вкуснее. Капучино тоже понравился. А сэндвич с лососем просто потрясающий.

Почти каждый день покупаем здесь смузи и сэндвичи. Качество неизменно хорошее.

Мне нравятся их соки! Немного расстраивает, что имбиря в миксах стало меньше, но в остальном все всегда отлично.

The service has been impressive so far; it's a bit on the expensive side, but everything seems fresh. They also open earlier than many other places. The flat white coffee is spot on.

The food I received wasn't fresh, and the latte was so bitter and excessively hot that it couldn't be enjoyed.

Приходите сюда с осознанием того, что в половине случаев вас встретят с безразличием и высокомерным отношением со стороны персонала. Не имеет значения, насколько часто вы приходите или насколько значим ваш вклад в их доход. Сотрудники могут просто игнорировать ваше присутствие.

Waited over 15 minutes just for a coffee and juice.

Terrible customer service. Think twice before visiting. I love their sandwiches, but the staff's attitude is awful. Really let down ☹️ Especially by one lady...

Great spot with amiable staff and wholesome food. Prices are a bit on the higher side. Expect to spend 20-40 GEL per meal for one person.

I used to visit this place often. However, today my mother and I had a latte there and got very sick. The staff is unfriendly. I don't recommend it.

The coffee was decent, but the staff constantly raising their voices is quite bothersome. If you're uneasy around sewer rats, it's best to avoid visiting in the evening and sitting outside.

Ordered two coffees and we were the only people there. After waiting 10 minutes, we had to remind the staff about our order. They completely forgot about us right after we ordered. Only after our reminder did they start making the coffee.

Как обычно, место почти пустое, двое работников у барной стойки. Но они приняли наш заказ (две чашки кофе) и забыли о нас :)) Через 10 минут я напомнил, и только тогда они отложили телефоны и приготовили для нас кофе.

Отличная идея. Немного дороговато для такого формата, но еда полезная и вкусная.

The juice was terrible. I got pineapple, lemon, and apple juice for my kid. It didn't have any pineapple juice and was almost like tinted water. Awful. I don't recommend this place. (City Mall Saburtalo)

As a customer just looking to relax with a drink, I was shocked by the rude and unprofessional behavior from the staff. Waiting over 30 minutes for a drink is unacceptable. Then, to have my order forgotten without even a simple apology, just laughter and jokes with coworkers as if nothing happened, is beyond belief. The staff demonstrates a complete lack of respect, responsibility, and professionalism.

This is probably one of the best places in Tbilisi to enjoy natural and fresh products, along with tasty sandwiches, smoothies, and juices. The staff is friendly and professional. There are plenty of seats available both indoors and outdoors. They also offer delivery and takeout services. The only downside is the limited parking space outside—it exists, but it’s always busy, making it hard to find a spot for your car.

This is the slowest fast food place in Tbilisi. Over 30 minutes just to get a sandwich. Such a disappointment. Other locations are usually much better.

Una buena elección para desayunar o merendar, con una amplia selección de jugos naturales que no tienen azúcar añadida, ya que toda proviene de la manzana. Además, ofrecen bocadillos simples ideales para aquellos que siguen una dieta. Y el café es excelente.

Tienen una variedad interesante para el desayuno. Los zumos naturales son buenos y no llevan azúcar añadida, ya que utilizan manzana como endulzante en la mayoría de ellos. También ofrecen extractos de jengibre y zumos verdes que están bastante bien. Sus sandwiches son interesantes, y tanto el capuchino como el latte tienen buen sabor.

The staff clearly doesn't care about customers (as seen in the picture)!!! I was told the wait would be 15 minutes, but it actually took 26 minutes just for one sandwich and one juice. Instead of working, the employees were joking around behind the counter. It's disappointing to encounter such typical Georgian service. Plus, you can't pay with cash, only card is accepted. The management really needs to train their team to at least offer decent service quality.

A bit pricey, but a fantastic spot to relax and enjoy some juice.

Delicious sandwiches and refreshing fresh juices. The turkey sandwich on rye bread is my top pick.

Это приятное место с альтернативным молоком для тех, кто не переносит лактозу. Кофе здесь тоже делают хорошо. По части еды выбор ограничен — в основном это готовые бутерброды и подобное в открытых холодильниках.

Had a good experience today while working on my laptop. Enjoyed a healthy turkey black bread sandwich and spinach green juice, followed by a cup of tea. It felt like a treat. The design is nice, snacks were fresh, and they speak English. Just keep in mind, it's card payment only.
