Discovered a hair in my meal and the staff outright refused to address it. No apology, no attempt to fix the issue. Utterly unprofessional and disrespectful.

These might resemble buffalo wings, but they are far from it. Absolutely no taste. Disappointing.

I dined there twice while in Tbilisi, and both times the food was excellent! Finding truly spicy hot wings can be a challenge, but these delivered a solid kick. I sampled both the hot buffalo and the nicholas cajun flavors, and the cajun was my favorite. There’s a wide variety of flavors to choose from, even for those who avoid spicy food. The fries were quite good too. I’d definitely go back if I’m in the area again.

Received my order and it's incredibly bad. The wings are tasteless and dry, so much so that I'll need to refry them with my own sauce to add any flavor. The cheese sticks are just cheap, flavorless blocks of hard cheese in a breading, straight to the trash. The burger was okay, and the fries were decent.

I've ordered from here many times, and the wings were great. However, I recently had a terrible experience with a salad that was completely inedible. When I requested a refund, the restaurant refused and didn't take responsibility for the obvious issue. This is unacceptable, so it's the lowest review score from me. They need to learn how to handle their mistakes.

Пармезановая, кстати, супер. Время ожидания иногда радует — например, вместо 15 минут делают за 10, но бывает, что "10 минут максимум" превращается в 50. Теперь, если берешь с самым острым соусом, просят подписать отказ от претензий.

As Muslims, we faced eye rolls and rude remarks. The woman at the counter practically pushed us away with her bluntness! It was completely disgraceful. When I simply inquired about boneless chicken wings, she mocked me by saying those are just nuggets, all while raising her voice. You would think they’d strive to impress tourists, considering they represent their country. We didn't end up eating anything, but we definitely left with a bad taste in our mouths.

Обслуживание было недружелюбным, никто не улыбнулся в ответ. Не дали столовые приборы, пока не попросил. Уважаемые владельцы, сделайте что-нибудь, раньше тут было лучше.

Самая сочная шаверма — именно сочная, неважно как её называть. Люди жалуются на крылышки, что они маленькие и дорогие. Шаверма тоже небольшая, но ингредиенты отличного качества, прекрасно сочетаются друг с другом. Есть выбор из 18 соусов, и можно попробовать каждый, прежде чем сделать выбор. Шаверма — это настоящий хит. Не как в Питере, а по-хипстерски, но всё равно хит. Радует хрустящая краснокочанная капуста внутри. Кстати, розетки здесь тоже есть, так что, если найдёшь — твоё.

Average wings, lacking spice. They forgot to include ranch sauces with the order and then insisted they had. The awful service spoiled the meal. Eating wings without sauce is like having a hamburger without the bun.

After reaching out to the restaurant, I learned that the small size is sometimes due to supplier issues. However, instead of offering a replacement, they only gave a 20% discount, which didn't make up for the fact that the wings were clearly half the size shown on Instagram. If you visit the location and confirm the wings' size, it's worth a try. But I definitely wouldn't recommend ordering delivery.

I really enjoy spicy food. The wings here are perfectly cooked and very delicious. The hot buffalo wings are my top choice. However, I wasn't as impressed with the spicy mango wings. Also, the blue cheese sauce could use some improvement.
