Archil and Sergo Kobaladze Center for Experimental Learning and Research
- Description
The Archil and Sergo Kobaladze Center for Experiential Learning and Research in Tbilisi is an important platform for the development of the Georgian healthcare system. Created with the support of the international organization Partners for International Development Inc (PFID), the center promotes the exchange of advanced scientific experience and medical practice between Georgia and the United States of America. With support from Emory University and USAID, the center acts as a link between North American and Georgian medical and scientific institutions.
The main goal of the center is to support the professional growth of local specialists, including doctors, scientists and students. It implements joint programs with such prestigious US educational institutions as Emory University, Georgia State and Georgia Institutes of Technology, as well as institutes of the Emory Healthcare system. Thanks to these initiatives, modern Western standards in the field of medicine and healthcare are being introduced in Georgia.
A visit to the center will be useful for medical specialists, students and researchers seeking to deepen their knowledge and exchange experience with international colleagues. The Center also serves as a resource for organizations interested in strengthening international cooperation in health care.
