ჩანთა ჩავაბარე ქიმწმენდაში და უკან უარეს მდგომარეობაში მივიღე. მითხრეს, რომ ძლიერი ხსნარი გამოიყენეს ვერ გაწმენდით, რადგან შეიძლებოდა ჩანთა დაზიანებულიყო. მაგრამ ის სუსტი ხსნარი, რომლითაც გაწმენდნენ, საერთოდ არ გაჭრა: მატად ჩანთის ფორმა დაზიანდა და ლაქები დარჩა ზუსტად ისეთივე. ეს ყველაფერი წინასწარ უნდა მცოდნოდა! არც კი დამირეკეს, რომ ეთქვათ, ჩანთა მზად არის წასაღებად. ფოტოებსაც ვურთავ — ნათლად ჩანს, როგორ გამიფუჭეს ფორმა და ლაქებზე ლაპარაკიც აღარაა... Ужасный сервис. Принёс две пары обуви: кроссовки и сапоги. Кроссовки будто не чистили — грязь осталась в местах, где её легко убрать простым движением пальца.

Сдала в чистку шерстяное пальто. Цена — 37 лари. Очень довольна — пятна мёда вывели, почистили, отпарили. Ничего не испортили, и вещь, которую ношу уже два года, освежили. Всем советую!

The good news is that my down coats turned out okay. However, I wouldn't trust them with leather. My leather jacket, which used to be really soft, felt stiff and seemed worse after. The biggest downside was that all the clothes smelled like cigarette smoke, and I don't smoke. They need to stop smoking inside their facilities.

Amazing service with friendly staff and quick turnaround. I brought my blanket for dry cleaning and they did an excellent job. The owners are very welcoming. In my honest opinion, it's one of the top dry cleaners in town.
