Laundry "IN Laundry"

As tourists, we went to have our laundry done. We agreed on a price of 10 lari per kg and were supposed to collect it after two days. The laundry was well done, dry, and neatly folded. However, when we returned, we were informed that the price had increased to 15 lari per kg. The lady mentioned she had mistakenly given us the wrong price initially. This change in pricing after an agreement was unacceptable. We refused to pay the new amount and finally reached a compromise, but were disappointed with the poor communication.

This place is really pleasant, and if you meet Nick, he's great to have a conversation with. Being the owner, he genuinely cares about his customers. On the downside, you need to pay with cash because there’s no card machine, but the service is still really good.

Als toerist zou ik deze plek vermijden. 45 Lari voor één wasbeurt, en de was komt er vochtig uit. Alles wordt gewoon in een tas gegooid; van opvouwen is geen sprake. Echt slecht, schaam jullie.

Отличная стирка по 10 лари за килограмм для смешанных вещей. Всем доволен: и качеством работы, и обслуживанием. Хоть сам и не пользовался, но знаю, что можно заказать срочную стирку и доставку. Удобно, что есть чат на Google Maps, где быстро отвечают.

The listing's stock photos are misleading — it's not a self-service place. They charge 10 GEL per kilogram for their service.

They didn't include some of my clothes in the package. They returned the missing items only after I requested my bag, and they delivered it to the hotel without informing me about their error. Overall, the experience was more negative than positive.
