    ეს კომპანია უპასუხისმგებლოა და მატყუარა. აიძულებენ გადაიხადო თანხა, მაგრამ პასუხს არც კი აგებენ. მივუტანე ლურჯი პალტო და დამიბრუნეს ნაცრისფერი, გაუგებარი თეთრი ლაქებით. როცა ვთხოვე თანხის დაბრუნება ან შეცდომის გამოსწორება, მითხრეს, რომ ამის გამოსწორება შეუძლებელია. დავწერე განცხადება, მაგრამ 2 კვირა ვერ მივიღე პასუხი. ისევ მივაკითხე ფილიალს და პალტო წამოიღეს ვითომ შესაკეთებლად. საბოლოოდ 1 თვის შემდეგ დამიბრუნეს გაურკვეველი ფერის გახუნებული პალტო. ასეთ სერვისს არ ვუსურვებ არავის.

    С девушкой на ресепшене возникла проблема — она не смогла мне объяснить, почему цена выросла с указанных 20 до 30 лари. Возможно, из-за языкового барьера на английском. Сдала рюкзак на чистку от плесени. Получила его обратно с неприятным запахом и только немного более чистым. Одно из креплений рюкзака потеряли. Мусор в карманах остался на месте. Сама плесень, как мне кажется, никуда не делась, а даже, возможно, увеличилась. Приготовилась к сухой чистке, но такой результат был неожиданностью.
